Actuator device, actuator band, and method for manufacturing actuator band
In order to stably operate an actuator device in repeated operations with suppression of an increase in a resistance value of a heating wire, the actuator band according to the present disclosure comprises a plurality of actuator wires and a plurality of heating wires. Each of the plurality of the actuator wires is formed of a fiber which consists of a polymer. The fiber is twisted along the long axis thereof and folded so as to have a cylindrical coil shape. Each of the plurality of the actuator wires is contracted by heat and restored by release of the heat. A braided fabric is formed with the plurality of the actuator wires arranged in a planer shape and the plurality of the heating wires. A first end of each of the plurality of heating wires is connected to a first end of each of the plurality of the actuator wires. A second end of each of the plurality of the heating wires is connected to a second end of each of the plurality of the actuator wires.
Needle-pass paper cord, core-spun needle-pass paper cord, and manufacturing method therefor
Disclosed is a needle-pass paper cord made of paper. The paper cord is formed by means of weaving yarn made of paper, and the yarn has a cross-section that is similar to a circle formed of a thread folded to a point. The needle-pass paper cord is soft in texture and uniform in shape, can save on raw materials, and is easy to recycle or degrade at a later time.

A NOVEL FABRIC AND A NEW LEATHER PRODUCT WITH COLLAGEN FIBER BUNDLES FORMING A RETICULAR STRUCTURE
A fabric and a leather product in which collagen fiber bundles form a network structure has a base yarn woven layer, and also has collagen fiber bundles. The collagen fiber bundles sheathed in the base yarn woven layer protrude on the surface of the base yarn woven layer, and the protruding collagen fiber bundles and their branches are interwoven to form a network structure, where a part of the branches in the collagen fiber bundle is sheathed on the base yarn so that at least one end of the branch protrudes from the base yarn braided layer. Leather products may include these fabrics and leather surface layers.
A SYSTEM FOR AN INSULATED TEMPERATURE SENSOR INCORPORATED IN A BASE FABRIC LAYER
A system of fibre based temperature sensor integrated into abase fabric layer for a garment, the system comprising: a set of wall fibres interlaced with one another to form a first wall structure defining a first cavity along a length and a second wall structure defining a second cavity along the length, the set of wall fibres comprising nonconductive material; at least one conductive fibre miming along the length within each cavity, such that the set of wall fibres of the wall structures encloses each at least one conductive fibre in order to electrically insulate each at least one conductive fibre from an environment along the length external to the cavities; and a set of base fibres interlaced with one another to form the base fabric layer.

STERILE KNITTED FABRIC AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A sterile knitted fabric is provided. The sterile knitted fabric is made by the following steps: First, a plurality of nano far infrared antibacterial yarns and a plurality of bamboo charcoal hollow yarns are provided. Next, the nano far infrared antibacterial yarns are interwoven with the bamboo charcoal hollow yarn by a circular knitting machine to form a grey fabric. Next, the grey fabric is through a scouring process to form a scoured fabric. Next, the scoured fabric is through a setting process. The scoured fabric is moved 25 meters per minute for the setting process.
AUXETIC ARTICLE
The application relates to a knitted textile for an article of apparel or footwear having (a) a first portion, which is auxetic; (b) a second portion, which is non-auxetic, and wherein the second portion is adjacent to the first portion.
