KNITTING ACTION PARTS STRUCTURE
A knitting action parts structure comprises a channel space, a needle walls assembly, a cams assembly, and knitting tools. The knitting tools are positioned within the needle walls assembly, facing the cams assembly to form the channel space. At least one cams assembly part faces a needle walls assembly part and a knitting tools part to form a gradually expanding channel spaces part. During the manufacturing of these parts, product quality is improved without the requirement for additional equipment or complex procedures. When producing fabrics with knitting machines, it prevents fabric contamination and optimizes heat dissipation performance without the requirement for additional energy-consuming devices, thus reducing waste caused by defective products and extending the lifespan of related parts.
Support and control device for circular knitting machines
A support and control device to be mounted in a circular knitting machine provided with a supporting structure, a rotating component-holding unit, and a plurality of stitch formation components, includes a support body provided with a mounting portion having a front side and a rear side. The front side faces the component-holding unit and is provided with at least one cam defining a guiding path which interacts with respective butts of the stitch formation components. The device includes at least one through opening between the front side and the rear side, open on the guiding path, which defines an empty space placing the guiding path of the cam in direct communication with an outside of the device, so that the respective butts of the stitch formation components are facing, and in direct communication with, the empty space.

Drive chain for stitch formation members of a circular knitting machine and a circular knitting machine comprising such drive chain
A drive chain for stitch formation members of a circular knitting machine includes an element coupled or to be coupled with a stitch formation member, and an oscillating lever connected to said element on a junction area. The oscillating lever is configured for interacting with selecting devices so as to oscillate with respect to said element. The element comprises a first portion carrying a first butt and a second portion configured for slidingly coupling with a bottom of a respective groove. The first portion is elastically coupled with the second portion so as to keep the first butt in an operating position in which the first butt protrudes from the groove and to allow the first butt to get back into the groove in case of interference with one of the first actuating cams.

Knit fastener loop products
A method of making a loop fastener product features knitting, such as by circular knitting, a pile yarn and one or more ground yarns to form a stretchable knit fabric having loops of the pile yarn extending from a knit ground, with the ground yarns including polymers of differing melt temperatures. The knit fabric is then held in a desired state while the fabric is set by first applying sufficient heat to cause the lower melt temperature resin to flow into interstices of the fabric ground, and then allowing the fabric to cool. The cooled fabric ground is less stretchable in two orthogonal directions after setting than before setting, has a greater air permeability after setting than before setting, and has hook-engageable pile loops extending from bound interstices.

CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE FOR KNITTING DOUBLE-SIDED YARN-DYED FABRIC
A circular knitting machine for knitting a double-sided yarn-dyed fabric includes a cylinder, a dial, at least one yarn feeder and at least one needle selector. The cylinder includes first knitting needles configured to form front loops of the fabric. The dial includes second knitting needles configured to form back loops of the fabric. The yarn feeder feeds a first colored yarn and a second colored yarn. Each first knitting needle has a first track and a second track partially overlapped with the first track. The first knitting needle draws only the first colored yarn to form the front loop along the first track, and draws only the second colored yarn to form the front loop along the second track. Each second knitting needle only has a single track to draw both the first colored yarn and the second colored yarn to form the back loop.
