The present disclosure discloses a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, which includes a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn, the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch, the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch, and the third yarn and the fourth yarn both are weft laid-in stitches.
