COMFORTABLE BREATHABLE WARP-KNITTED FABRIC FREE OF DEFORMATION, YARN HOOKING AND UNRAVELING
The present disclosure discloses a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, which includes a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn, the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch, the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch, and the third yarn and the fourth yarn both are weft laid-in stitches. According to the present disclosure, the fabric does not unravel during shearing, is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and is very comfortable. The present disclosure has the advantages of being free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comfortableness, breathability, etc.
Non-kinking wrapple knit sleeve and method of construction thereof
A warp knit textile sleeve is provided. The sleeve has an elongate, wrappable wall extending along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The wall has opposite free edges extending lengthwise along the longitudinal axis between the opposite ends. The wall is knit from at least one warp yarn extending lengthwise between the opposite ends and a plurality of weft yarns extending circumferentially between the opposite free edges. The weft yarns form a plurality of discrete, annular bands alternating in adjacent relation along the longitudinal axis. The weft yarn of one of the adjacent bands has a first diameter and the weft yarn of the other of the adjacent bands has a second diameter, wherein the first diameter is less than the second diameter.

KNITTED WIRE CARRIER FOR WEATHER SEAL INSERT SUPPORT WITH REINFORCEMENT
This provides a system and method for constructing and employing a wire carrier for use in reinforcing the attachment channel of weather seals that includes an expansion and compression resisting element located along at least one bending axis of the carrier when it is folded and molded into the attachment channel of the weather seal. The resisting element can be combined with warp yarns that allow limited expansion and compression along other axes, but in combination with the element prevent collapse of the seal that results in and uneven surface and/or visible kinks. The resisting element can comprise at least one undulating (sinusoidal) wire that is attached (e.g. by welding, soldering, etc.) to the individual crossing carrier wires. Alternatively, the resisting element can comprise another type of structure, such as a thin metal or polymer strip. Likewise, the undulating wire(s) can be constructed from a polymer.
Warp knit wrappable sleeve with extendable electro-functional yarns and method of construction thereof
A wrappabie knit textile sleeve and method of construction thereof are provided. The sleeve includes a wall of knit yarn having opposite edges extending lengthwise along a longitudinal axis of the sleeve between opposite ends with a straightened length of the wall spanning between the opposite ends. The knit yarn includes warp yarns extending generally parallel to the longitudinal axis and weft yarns extending generally transversely to the longitudinal axis. The opposite edges are wrappable into overlapping one another to form a tubular cavity. At least one of the weft yarns is an electro-functional yarn having a straightened length that is greater than the straightened length of the wall, thereby allowing opposite ends of the at least one electro-functional member to be pulled axially outwardly from the opposite ends of the wall to form leads for attachment to a power source.
