Core-sheath rope
A core-sheath rope can include an outer sheath provided in the form of a hollow braid and an inner sheath provided in the form of a hollow braid, wherein thread changes between threads of the inner sheath and threads of the outer sheath and/or enlacements between threads of the inner sheath and threads of the outer sheath are provided in certain places. The rope can be characterized in that bridge threads extending in the longitudinal direction of the rope are provided in the places of the thread changes and/or enlacements, with the threads of the outer sheath and the inner sheath, respectively, which change from the inside to the outside and from the outside to the inside, respectively, being guided around those bridge threads.
Core-sheath rope
A core-sheath rope, comprising a textile core with one or several stationary threads extending in the longitudinal direction of the rope, an outer sheath provided in the form of a hollow braid, and an inner sheath provided in the form of a hollow braid and surrounding the textile core. The rope is characterized in that at least part of the stationary threads of the textile core are braided individually into the hollow braid of the inner sheath.

METHOD OF MAKING A SURGICAL BRAID
A method of making a surgical braid. The method comprises moving a plurality of bobbins along an active track, the active track being an endless track; and selectively moving a bobbin to a passive track while continuing to move the remaining bobbins along the active track.
System for making cut surgical braids
A system for making surgical braids. The apparatus comprises a braiding machine. The braiding machine comprises a plurality of horn gears and a plurality of bobbin carrier assemblies engaging the plurality of horn gears. A cutting machine is arranged to receive a continuous braid directly from the braiding machine. The cutting machine has a cutter. The braiding machine and cutting machine define a continuous path extending from the bobbin carrier assemblies and through at least a portion of the cutting machine.

Braiding mechanism and methods of use
Methods of braiding using a braiding mechanism are described. The braiding mechanism includes an array of filament engagement elements, a mandrel extending from the center of the circular array, a plurality of actuators disposed operably about the array, and a rotating mechanism adapted to rotate one or more filaments. The plurality of filaments are loaded onto the mandrel by looping a middle portion of each filament of the plurality of filaments over an end of the mandrel and extend radially toward and contact the circumferential edge of the circular array of filament engagement elements. The plurality of actuators are operated to engage a first subset of the plurality of filaments and move the engaged filaments in a generally radial direction to a position beyond the circumferential edge of the array. The rotating mechanism is operated to move the engaged filaments about the mandrel axis.

Wire tension control device and braiding machine using the same
A wire tension control device including a bobbin and a magnetic moment generator is provided. The bobbin is configured to provide a wire. The magnetic moment generator includes a stator and a rotor relatively rotatable with respect to the stator. The rotor is connected to the bobbin. When the bobbin drives the rotor to rotate, the magnetic moment generator generates a tension on the wire.
BRAIDING PATH GENERATING METHOD AND DEVICE USING THE SAME, AND DYNAMIC CORRECTING METHOD AND BRAIDING SYSTEM USING THE SAME
A braiding path generating method includes the following steps. Firstly, a mandrel model is received. Then, an outer diameter of the mandrel model is obtained. Then, a target braiding angle is obtained according to a target coverage rate and the outer diameter of the mandrel model. Then, a braiding simulation path is generated according to the target braiding angle.
