Operating method for computerized embroidery machine

An operating method for computerized machine embroidery includes steps of: (a) transmitting two portions of the stitch data sets respectively into a first storage section and a second storage section; (b) embroidering according to the portion of the stitch data sets in the first storage section; (c) after completion of step (b), the embroidery machine erasing data from the first storage section; (d) after completion of step (c), the transmitting a remaining portion of the stitch data sets to the first storage section; (e) after completion of step (b), embroidering according to the portion of the stitch data sets in the second storage section; and (f) repeating step (b) after completion of steps (d) and (e).

Sewing machine and non-transitory computer-readable medium

A sewing machine includes a sewing portion sewing an embroidery pattern on a cloth, a first storage portion storing the stitch data and pattern data, a display portion, a processor, and a memory storing computer-readable instructions. The computer-readable instructions, executed by the processor, includes first acquiring the stitch data and the pattern data, and first displaying, based on the pattern data, the pattern image on the display portion. The computer-readable instructions also includes, first generating a plurality of partial images representing a number of stitches corresponding to a first predetermined number, based on the stitch data, after the first displaying of the pattern image on the display portion, and second displaying, each time each of the plurality of partial images is generated by the first generating, the generated partial image on a portion of the pattern image displayed by the first displaying that corresponds to the generated partial image.

System and method for miter and notch identification for pattern sew line generation

A system and method is provided that facilitates miter and notch identification for pattern sew line generation. A processor of the system may be configured to access a pattern data that defines a flat shape with cut lines corresponding to locations at which the shape is cut out of a material. Based on the pattern data, the processor may generate a computer-aided-design (CAD) model that includes a plurality of curves that define boundary edges of an object that corresponds to the shape defined by the pattern data. In addition, the processor may automatically identify portions of the boundary edges that correspond to alignment guides including at least one miter alignment guide, notch recess alignment guide, notch projection alignment guide, or combination thereof. Further, the processor may include at least one sew line in the CAD model that is parallel to and offset by the at least one seam allowance distance from at least one boundary edge towards the interior of the CAD model, without being offset by the at least one seam allowance distance from portions of the at least one boundary edge that include the identified alignment guides.

Embroidery data generation system, storage medium storing terminal program, and storage medium storing apparatus program

An embroidery data generation system includes a terminal apparatus and an embroidery data generation apparatus. A terminal controller acquires a generation condition of embroidery data inputted via an input device, transmits the acquired generation condition to the embroidery data generation apparatus via a terminal communication interface, and controls a display to display a preview image indicating an embroidery finish of an embroidery pattern based on image data transmitted from the embroidery data generation apparatus. An apparatus controller receives the generation condition transmitted from the terminal apparatus via an apparatus communication interface, generates the embroidery data for sewing the embroidery pattern based on the received generation condition, generates the image data for displaying the preview image on the display based on the received generation condition, and transmits the generated image data to the terminal apparatus having transmitted the generation condition.

Monitoring system, sewing machine, and monitoring method

A sewing machine detects a sewing status after a change, when the sewing status changes. When the sewing machine receives a status request requesting the sewing status, from an information terminal via a LAN, the sewing machine transmits, to the information terminal, sewing status information that accords with the detected sewing status. When the detected sewing status satisfies a predetermined condition, the sewing machine transmits a notification request, which includes identification information identifying the information terminal, to a server, in order to cause the server to transmit, to the information terminal, a notification command instructing a push notification in the information terminal.

A textile production monitoring system includes an electronic device connected with a sewing machine, and with sensors connected with the knife, the pedal, the motor tach of the sewing machine, and with the needle, the sensors transmitting signals to the electronic device. A microprocessor evaluates the four signals received from the sensors in a coordinated way. A software possessing a four-signal algorithm generates information about the products, information on which operator works on which machines for how long, how much product they produce, failure status, and machine efficiency. An Rfid module is connected with the electronic device for monitoring the information and working status of the personnel working on the sewing machine. At least one barcode reader allows for entering information on which order the product sewn in the sewing machine belongs to. A wireless connection module facilitates transfer of the information from the electronic device and the microprocessor wirelessly.
