Presser device
A presser device includes an attachment body, an adjustment member, and a presser body. The attachment body includes an attachment portion and a shaft. The attachment portion is attached to a presser bar included in a sewing machine and extending in a first direction. The shaft extends in a second direction that intersects the first direction. The adjustment member is configured to be screwed together with one end of the shaft and to rotate with respect to the shaft around a rotation axis extending in the second direction. The presser body includes an insertion hole and an insertion portion, the insertion hole penetrating in the first direction. The insertion portion is configured such that the shaft is inserted therethrough. The presser body is configured to move in the second direction with respect to the attachment body along the shaft in accordance with the rotation of the adjustment member.

EMBROIDERY ACCESSORY WITH INTERCHANGEABLE GUIDE
An exemplary embroidery accessory for a sewing machine includes a stationary support attached to the sewing machine and a rotating support rotatably attached to the stationary support. A drive mechanism rotates the rotating support relative to the stationary support and a spool supported by the rotating support receives and dispenses a length of embroidery material. The removable guide is removably attached to the rotating support and includes a sewing guide with a needle opening for receiving a needle of the sewing machine, and at least one guide for guiding the length of embroidery material from the spool to the sewing guide.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A LAYER OF YARNS, VIA STITCHES, IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL PARTS
A process for producing a layer of yarns grouped into rovings, via stitches, on a base, in particular for the production of composite material parts, by inclusion of the rovings in a matrix. The process includes carrying out the steps of depositing at least two rovings on the base, and stitching the at least two rovings thus deposited on the base with at least one stitch comprising two stitch holes.

Fly edgestitching apparatus
An edge stitching device for a fly includes a table on which the fly is placed, a clamping device which sandwiches the fly in cooperation with the table, a sewing machine which edge-stitches an edge of a fly body, a cutter provided in the sewing machine and cut the fly body to form the curved side, and a clamping device conveying device which conveys the clamping device in a sandwiched state. The clamping device conveying device continuously performs: pre-edge-stitching conveyance, in which the clamping device is linearly conveyed toward the sewing machine in a state where the fly is sandwiched before edge stitching; and edge stitching conveyance, in which the clamping device is conveyed in a state where the fly is sandwiched during the edge stitching. In the edge stitching conveyance, the clamping device is conveyed in accordance with a shape of the curved side formed by the cutter.
Attachment for Sealing Seams
An attachment for a sewing machine to provide simultaneous sewing and sealing of a seam comprises a reel for dispensing a strip of adhesive thermoplastic polymer between fabric members to be sewn. A plurality of heated driven rollers opposed to heated idler rollers having a continuous belt thereover collectively exert heat and pressure on the seam, melting the polymer strip so as to seal the seam. Thread having been treated with adhesive thermoplastic polymer may be employed to seal the punctures in the fabric made by the sewing machine's needle. The driven rollers are driven in synchronization with the operation of the sewing machine, and are engaged with and withdrawn from the seam responsive to operator command.
