STOOLS, CHAIRS, AND METHODS USING THE SAME
An apparatus that supports a user in a variety of positions to comfortably perform tasks, such as applying one or more tattoos to skin of a subject is herein disclosed. The apparatus can be reconfigured to optimally position and support the arms and/or chest of the user. A method for using a stool can involve rotating armrests of the apparatus from a stowed position to a deployed position. The armrests can support the user's forearms while supporting the user's chest such that the user can comfortably perform tasks in front of a chest support of the stool.
Therapeutic chair with adjustable back and method of using the same
A therapeutic chair with an adjustable backrest and cushioned fulcrum pad allows users to extend their thoracic spine over the fulcrum of the adjustable chair back. The device allows the individual to sit on the chair and adjust the height of the backrest so the fulcrum is matched to the patient's need for movement.
Epidural patient positioning system
An epidural patient positioning system for providing a mobile support platform which is adjustable for a wide range of patient sizes and configurations of treatment tables. The epidural patient positioning system includes a base assembly having a plurality of casters, a vertical assembly extending upwardly from the base assembly, a pair of adjustable foot supports positioned on either side of the vertical assembly, and pair of adjustable arm supports positioned on either side of the vertical assembly, a torso support member positionable both vertically and laterally rom the vertical assembly, and a motor and control assembly.
HEADREST FOR SURGICAL CHAIRS
A headrest device may include a first plate, a second plate, and a locking mechanism, where the second plate is free to shift in any direction along a surface of the first plate while the locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, and where the second plate is prevented from shifting along the surface of the first plate when the locking mechanism is in a locked state. A method may include forming a first plate, forming a second plate, and attaching a locking mechanism to the second plate, where the second plate is free to shift in any direction along a surface of the first plate while the locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, and where the second plate is prevented from shifting along the surface of the first plate when the locking mechanism is in a locked state.
Treatment assistance equipment
The present disclosure provides a treatment assistance apparatus, comprising: a base; a first joint of which one side is coupled to the base to relatively move; a first arm of which one end is rotatably coupled to the other side of the first joint; a second joint of which one side is rotatably coupled to the other end of the first arm; an adapter arm of which one end is coupled to a first adapter to relatively move, and the first adapter is rotatably coupled to the other side of the second joint; a first driving part disposed in the first joint and configured to rotate the first arm; a second driving part disposed in the second joint and configured to rotate the adapter arm; a pressure part configured to stop a relative motion of the first adapter; and a controller configured to control the first driving part, the second driving part and the pressure part.
Dental treatment machine with a retractable backrest for children
Embodiments of the present invention provide a dental treatment machine for children. The dental treatment machine may include a base, a cushion and a backrest, where the vertical distance between the base and the cushion, the angle between respective planes of the cushion and the backrest, as well as the horizontal distance between the cushion and the backrest are selectively adjustable according to a child's figure. Preferably, the vertical distance adjustment between the cushion and the base is about 350-730 mm, the angle adjustment between the backrest and the cushion is about 0°˜68°, and the distance adjustment between the backrest and the cushion is about 0˜50 mm.
Neck pillow
The neck pillow comprises a pillow body, a gap, and a plurality of fasteners. The pillow body may be adapted to be worn around a neck of a user and to limit movement of the head relative to the rest of the body. The pillow body may comprise a core and an outer cover. The shape of the pillow body may be an annulus that is three-dimensional. The pillow body may comprise a central aperture that may be adapted for the neck to pass through. The gap may permit the pillow body may to open while donning the pillow body. The plurality of fasteners may hold the gap closed during use. The neck pillow may further comprise a back support, which may be a downward projection from the bottom surface of the pillow body.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POSITIONING A JOINT
The present invention related to a joint positioning device for positioning a joint and methods for using such devices. The joint positioning device may comprise a patient support comprising a substantially flat surface, the patient support configured to be positioned proximate to a chair; a shoulder pole mounted to the patient support, the shoulder pole oriented substantially perpendicular to a substantially flat surface of the patient support; and a cylindrical shoulder pad mounted to the shoulder pole, the shoulder pad oriented substantially perpendicular to the shoulder pole. The joint positioning device may further comprise a vertical pillar, the vertical pillar oriented substantially perpendicular to the substantially flat surface of the patient support.

PATIENT FACE SHEET
The present disclosure relates generally to a patient face sheet for a therapy treatment table including a headrest. The patient face sheet may be used in conjunction with an optional pillow including a face opening which is positioned to align with the corresponding opening in the headrest. The patient face sheet comprises a main panel to which a protective skirt is connected. The main panel includes a central and generally circular-shaped opening about which the protective skirt is connected. The protective skirt is draped within both the face hole and the corresponding hole to provide substantially full shielding of the optional pillow and the headrest from the patient's head.
