FILAMENT DISPENSING SYSTEM
A filament dispensing system is provided. The filament dispensing system embodies one or more donut shaped filament dispensers interconnectable by a band. Each dispenser is transparent and provides an integrated cutter. The transparency enables visual identification of the color of filament with the transparent dispenser, while the integrated cutter makes scissors unnecessary. The donut-shaped structure of the dispenser enables an operative association with the band that can decoratively hang from a user's neck during use. The filament dispensing system may also include a bobbin rethreader.
CONTAINER FOR THREAD DISTRIBUTION AND NEEDLE STORAGE
A container is described for storing various tools and items for sewing in an organized manner and facilitating the process of sewing (e.g., for sewn in hair extensions) for example, by distributing thread. In an example embodiment, the introduced container comprises a housing within which one or more spools of thread can be stored on one or more spindles. The housing can be enclosed by a container top that includes a threading hole through which thread from the one or more spools can be extracted from the interior of the housing, while in use. Further, the container top can include a pin and/or needle holder such as a pin cushion. The container may include additional features such as a bracket for holding a pair of scissors and a drawer for stowing extra thread and/or needles.

Thread and needle protector
A carrier body has a core suitable for receiving a needle tip through one end. A pair of flanges extends outwardly from the core, defining an interflange gap for having thread from the needle wound in the gap. The flange nearer the entry end of the core defines a radial slot receiving thread from the needle eye and passing it into the interflange gap. When the thread is wound on the core, the radial slot prevents having thread from also winding around the needle. The carrier body is configured to enter an open-topped container body in a predetermined position displaying the radial slot and thread at a preselected location for ready viewing of the thread.

Thread storage system
A thread storage system including a housing that has a rear wall and a perimeter wall attached thereto. The perimeter wall includes a top wall and a bottom wall. A front side of the housing is open. A plurality of vertical walls extends between the top and bottom walls. A plurality of horizontal walls is attached to the vertical walls and the vertical and horizontal walls forms a plurality of compartments. Each of the compartments includes a pair of lateral walls, an upper wall and a lower wall. Each of plurality of doors has an upper edge, a lower edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The compartments each has one of the doors is pivotally coupled thereto to allow selective closing of the compartments. Spools of thread are positionable in each of the compartments for storage and transporting purposes.

BOBBIN AND SPOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A bobbin and spool management system includes a bobbin topper having a central disc with upwardly and downwardly extending stanchions projecting therefrom, each being capped with a mushroom bolster and having a medially located chamfered collar. The upwardly projecting stanchion is adapted to mate with an axial bore in the barrel of a bobbin and retain the bobbin while the downwardly projecting stanchion is adapted to penetrate the axial bore in the barrel of a supply spool and be retained on the supply spool.
