APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING A FABRIC IN A TUMBLER
An apparatus processes a fabric by repeated brushing on itself includes a process tumbler, provided with a feed duct for feeding the fabric in open-width form continuously between an infeed port and an outfeed port of the feed duct. An adjustment device for adjusting the passage section of the duct and associated with at least one of the ports. The adjustment device causes the passage section to be narrowed so that the fabric, which reaches the port in open-width form and is made to pass through a port in a first feed direction, is bunched into rope form and then allows the fabric, when made, to pass in the opposite direction through the narrowed passage section. The fabric is subtended by the other, wide port of the feed duct, to be stretched out from the rope form to the open-width form.

Device for treating strand-shaped textile fabric in the form of an endless fabric strand
A device for treatment of a strand-like textile fabric in the form of an endless fabric strand, includes: a lockable treatment container; a transport nozzle arrangement which can be subjected to a first transport medium flow; and a transport section adjoining the transport nozzle arrangement. The transport section terminates on a fabric strand inlet side in a storage section of the lockable treatment container, and the storage section accommodates a folded fabric strand pile. The transport nozzle arrangement includes a transport nozzle with a polygonal nozzle inlet opening and an outlet part having a polygonal cross-section, for the fabric strand. The outlet part is appropriately adapted in view of its dimensions. The nozzle gap is adjustable and is delimited all the way around on at least one side by a plurality of straight nozzle elements that each have a cross-sectional shape that is essentially part-cylindrical.

Apparatus and method for washing an elongate textile article
Apparatus and method for washing an elongate textile article of extended indeterminate length utilizes a containment structure defining a channel extending upwardly from a lower end to an upper end thereof, with a plurality of undulations spaced-apart from one another within the channel between the lower and upper ends thereof, each undulation extending transversely across the channel. A portion of the lengthwise extent of the traveling textile article is advanced transiently within the channel upwardly from the lower end to the upward end and across the undulations, while a substantially continuous supply of cleansing liquid enters the channel at the upper end to flow downwardly against the upwardly traveling portion of the textile article for cleansing thereof.
METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF A TEXTILE SUBSTRATE, AND DEVICES FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
A method for the treatment of a textile substrate is described, in which the substrate is arranged in a treatment device and treated with an aqueous treatment bath. Here the moisture of the textile substrate is adjusted to a predetermined moisture in the beginning of the treatment, whereby the treatment bath volume to be sprayed on the respective subject and per time unit is determined exactly, so that the textile subject provides the defined predetermined moisture at the end of the treatment. The therefore used devices enables the realization of the method for textile substrates designed as a fabric strand, a wide fabric web package and a fabric package.
Control method for synchronized fabric circulation in conveyor drive fabric dyeing machine
Disclosed is a control method for synchronized fabric circulation in a conveyer drive fabric dyeing machine. During a dyeing process of fabric, the fabric is driven by a fabric guide to move in a circulating manner and the time period for a cycle of circulation is set in consistency with the time period that a conveyor moving from a rear end to a front end so as to achieve synchronization that makes the circulation smooth. The control method is performed with a computer or a PLC control unit that is supplied with fabric length data or fabric weight data and fabric unit weight data and, based on such data, performs an automatic operation of computation and supply of a signal to speed controllers of the fabric guide motor and the conveyor motor to set the speeds thereof at a predetermined ratio with respect to each other for synchronized operations.
