DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF STRAND-SHAPED TEXTILES
A device for the treatment of strand-shaped textiles includes a treatment container, a transport nozzle array, and a transport path by way of which a material strand can be moved through the transport nozzle array in a transport direction. The transport nozzle array includes a transport nozzle with nozzle inlet and outlet orifices for the material strand, between which are delimited at least two nozzle gaps for a transport medium. At least one of the nozzle gaps is adjustable regarding its gap width. At least one nozzle gap can convey the material strand in the transport direction, and at least one nozzle gap can convey the material strand in a direction counter to the transport direction. The device also includes a control unit that selectively drives the material strand in the transport direction or in the direction counter to the transport direction by appropriate actuation of the nozzle gaps.

Energy-saving dyeing machine
An energy-saving dyeing machine includes a body, a liquid dyes supply device, a liquid dyes heating device having a direct-heating heat exchanger, and a cooling unit connecting to the direct-heating heat exchanger by a series connection. When heating up the liquid dyes, the liquid dyes enters the direct-heating heat exchanger from the liquid dyes supply device via a supply tube, saving several heating procedures and unnecessary energy wastes. Additionally, an outer wall is surrounding the body to form a surrounding space for the heated exhaust gas from the direct-heating heat exchanger to enter and reheat the liquid dyes in the body again, making a better use of the heat energy.
Apparatus for the treatment of strand-like textile material
An apparatus for treatment of a strand-like textile material in the form of a continuous material rope, which is circulated during at least part of the treatment, includes: an elongated, essentially tubular treatment container; a transport nozzle array to which a transport medium flow can be applied; and a transport section adjoining the transport nozzle array. The transport section terminates on a material rope inlet side in a storage section of the treatment container. The storage section accommodates a folded material rope pile and includes: a gliding bottom extending at a distance above a container wall below, the gliding bottom extending from the material rope inlet side of the storage section to a material rope outlet side in vicinity of the transport nozzle array; and at least one unit provided for changing an inclination of the gliding bottom from the material rope inlet side toward the material rope outlet side.

DYEING MACHINE WITH SYMMETRICAL DOUBLE SPIRAL FABRIC TANKS
A dyeing machine with symmetrical double spiral fabric tanks includes a barrel body with a fabric inlet, two spiral fabric tanks arranged side by side with each other in the barrel body and installed on both sides of the fabric inlet respectively, and each spiral fabric tank having a fabric guiding tube, a spiral fabric sliding plate and a receiving tank. The two fabric guiding tubes are disposed proximate to adjacent sides and facing to the front side and arranged symmetrically with respect to the left and right sides. The two spiral fabric sliding plates are coupled to the rear end of the two fabric guiding tubes and configured to be spirally from top to bottom, so that cloths can be dipped and dyed in the two spiral fabric tanks.
Device for treating strand-shaped textile fabric in the form of an endless fabric strand
A device for treatment of a strand-like textile fabric in the form of an endless fabric strand, includes: a lockable treatment container; a transport nozzle arrangement which can be subjected to a first transport medium flow; and a transport section adjoining the transport nozzle arrangement. The transport section terminates on a fabric strand inlet side in a storage section of the lockable treatment container, and the storage section accommodates a folded fabric strand pile. The transport nozzle arrangement includes a transport nozzle with a polygonal nozzle inlet opening and an outlet part having a polygonal cross-section, for the fabric strand. The outlet part is appropriately adapted in view of its dimensions. The nozzle gap is adjustable and is delimited all the way around on at least one side by a plurality of straight nozzle elements that each have a cross-sectional shape that is essentially part-cylindrical.

METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF A TEXTILE SUBSTRATE, AND DEVICES FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
A method for the treatment of a textile substrate is described, in which the substrate is arranged in a treatment device and treated with an aqueous treatment bath. Here the moisture of the textile substrate is adjusted to a predetermined moisture in the beginning of the treatment, whereby the treatment bath volume to be sprayed on the respective subject and per time unit is determined exactly, so that the textile subject provides the defined predetermined moisture at the end of the treatment. The therefore used devices enables the realization of the method for textile substrates designed as a fabric strand, a wide fabric web package and a fabric package.
