Method and apparatus for rinsing coir
An apparatus has one or more conveyor systems, each conveyor having a conveyor bed having a first end, and a second end opposite the first end, a conveyance mechanism configured to move material from the first end to the second end, a material inlet at the first end, a material outlet at the second end, and a waste discharge outlet, at least one liquid dispenser arranged to dispense liquid into each conveyor bed, and at least one sensor at least partially inserted into each conveyor bed, wherein the material inlet of the one or more conveyors is configured as an initial material inlet, and the material outlet of the one or more conveyors is configured as a final material outlet. A method of rinsing coir includes moving the coir through at least two conveyor beds, applying liquid to the coir as it moves through the at least two conveyors, monitoring a composition of the liquid in the conveyor beds, and automatically adjusting application of the liquid based upon the monitoring.
UNIT FOR THERMOSETTING PRINTED FABRICS
A unit for thermosetting printed fabrics, comprising: a heated roller rotating about a rotation axis and having a cylindrical outer surface, at least one fabric guiding element having an inner wall facing the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller and defining a gap with the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller, for passing the fabric wherein said fabric guiding element is carried by an adjusting device rotatable about said rotation axis to adjust the angular position of said guiding element about said rotation axis.
MANNEQUIN FOR THE SURFACE TREATMENT OF TROUSERS
Mannequin for the surface treatment of pants. Mannequin for the surface treatment of pants, comprising an upper support structure from which two legs extend, wherein each of said legs has an inflatable balloon arranged at its rear part. Each of said inflatable balloons has its outer lateral section folded upon itself at least once around a folding line extending from the upper edge to the lower edge of the balloon. The upper edge is fixed to the rear upper end of the corresponding leg and the lower edge is fixed to a rear intermediate point of the corresponding leg, such that the parts of the edges corresponding to the outer lateral section are also fixed to the leg of the mannequin.
Vacuum cylinder with recessed portions for holding articles for printing
A customization system for an article of equipment includes a printing system for printing a graphic onto the article. The customization system also includes a cylinder for holding the article for printing a graphic upon the article. The cylinder can include one or more recesses in the outer surface of the cylinder to accommodate the article. A partial vacuum applied to the article when disposed within the recess through ports in the bottom surface of the recess holds the article in place within the recess while the cylinder rotates during printing. A gasket can be included between the recess in the cylinder and the article to provide an airtight seal to hold the article in place.
REVERSAL MECHANISM
The present invention is a mechanism that reverses a product placed between a first upper conveyor belt and a second lower conveyor belt. The first one is linked to at least one cylinder on one end, characterized in that the reversal mechanism contains at least one means for clamping the product placed against the first conveyor belt moving on a portion of the periphery of the cylinder.
CONVEYOR-DRIVEN HORIZONTAL FABRIC DYEING MACHINE
A conveyor-driven horizontal fabric dyeing machine includes a machine body that is set horizontal and has a bottom to which a liquid storage tank is mounted at a predetermined location and is lower, in position, than the bottom of the machine body. The liquid storage tank has a volumetric capacity that is large enough to accommodate all or most of the amount of dye liquid falling down and returning from a rear end of a dyeing tube so as to greatly reduce the amount of the dye liquid used. Further, alternatively or additionally, a heat exchanger or a filter may be separately mounted in the liquid storage tank or both the heat exchanger and the filter are mounted in the liquid storage tank to carry out temperature raising/lowering and filtration of the dye liquid. As such, the structure of the dyeing machine is simplified.
Printing system for apparel
