Counter-flow washing
A process and a system for washing filaments. A filament to be washed and a washing liquid are passed in a countercurrent. The process and the system include two washing stages. In each washing stage the filament is brought into contact with a fresh washing liquid by a washing element in such a way that only an amount of the washing liquid is transferred to the filament, which adheres to the filament itself, for example by adhesion. The washing liquid is then separated from the filament again in each washing stage, and a separated washing liquid is collected in such a way that it is not mixed with the separated washing liquid from other washing stages of the process but is used as the fresh washing liquid in the washing element of a preceding washing stage.
DYEING AUTOCLAVE FOR TEXTILE MATERIALS
Dyeing autoclave for dyeing textile materials, comprising a substantially cylindrical main body (1), in which a dyeing chamber (10) is formed, adapted for containing a dyeing bath and textile materials to be dyed. On the main body (1) a lid (2) is provided for opening/closing an upper access mouth (10M) of the dyeing chamber (10). The lid (2) is moved in the opening and closing positions of said mouth (10M) by means of an actuator (3) that controls the movement of the lid (2) along a direction (F) parallel to the access mouth (10M) between the open position and the closed position controlled by said actuator (3).
WATERLESS YARN DYEING SYSTEM, YARN SEPARATION EQUIPMENT THEREOF, AND DYEING EQUIPMENT THEREOF
A waterless yarn dyeing system includes a piece of yarn separation equipment and a piece of dyeing equipment. The yarn separation equipment is adapted for separating a plurality of yarns. The dyeing equipment is adapted for outputting an ink to the yarns, and includes an ink supply device, an inkjet device, and at least two pump units. The ink supply device includes two ink containers that are adapted for holding the ink, at least two ink supply tubes that are respectively connected to the ink containers, and an ink tank that is connected to the at least two ink supply tubes. The at least two pump units are respectively disposed on the at least two ink supply tubes. Each of the at least two pump units includes an input pump and an output pump that are operable to adjust a flow rate of the ink, and a temporary storage box.
WATERLESS YARN DYEING SYSTEM, SPRAY DEVICE THEREOF, AND COLOR DEVELOPMENT AND DYE FIXATION EQUIPMENT THEREOF
A waterless yarn dyeing system is adapted for outputting a liquid to a plurality of yarns. The waterless yarn dyeing system includes a piece of dyeing equipment, and a piece of color development and dye fixation equipment. The dyeing equipment includes a liquid supply device, and a spray device. The spray device includes a lower body that communicates with the liquid supply device, and an upper body that communicates with the liquid supply device and that is connected to an upper side of the lower body. The color development and dye fixation equipment includes a dye fixation device that includes a body unit, a heater unit, and a circulation unit. The body unit has a heating space that is adapted for the plurality of yarns to pass therethough, a lower vent that is located below the heating space, and an upper intake that is located above the heating space.
