Printer and curl straightening method
A curl straightening method applied upon printing on a spread medium in a printing step, the method being provided with a first spreading step of spreading the medium fed out from a medium roll between a feeding step of feeding the medium from the medium roll in which the medium made of a textile fabric and having a predetermined width is wound on a roll core, and the printing step of printing on the medium fed out from the medium roll, and in the first spreading step, spreading of the medium is performed in a state where the medium fed out from the medium roll is stretched on an outer circumference of a first spreader roller rotating about a pivotal axis parallel to a pivotal axis of the medium roll, and the medium has its surface side with a curl stretched on the outer circumference of the first spreader roller.
Cloth washing device
A cloth washing device contains a washing machine and a fiber opener. The washing machine includes multiple transmission rollers arranged on water and multiple bearings fixed in the water. The fiber opener includes multiple transmission rollers arranged on the water, multiple bearings fixed in the water, and at least two mesh wheels arranged in the water. The fiber opener is mounted behind the washing machine, and a cloth is delivered between the washing machine and the fiber opener by way of the multiple transmission rollers and the multiple bearings of the washing machine and the fiber opener and the least two mesh wheels.
Nonwoven Fabric Sheet And Method For Making The Same
The invention relates to a patterned spunbonded nonwoven fabric sheet comprising a plurality of spunbonded crimped fibers bonded together at a plurality of bonding points, wherein all fibers of the patterned spunbonded nonwoven fabric sheet are spunbonded crimped fibers and wherein the configuration of the fibers within the sheet is inhomogeneous and varies according to a preferably regular pattern. The invention further relates to a method for forming such patterned spunbonded nonwoven fabric sheet from a flat spunbonded nonwoven fabric sheet starting material. Still further, the invention relates to such flat spunbonded nonwoven fabric sheet starting material.
Segment Roller
A segment roller (1) has a roller body (2), which is mounted rotatably about an axis (3). To this end, the roller body (2) has on the outside grooves (9), in which tongues (8) of profiles (7) engage. These profiles (7) grip the material web (5) directly or indirectly. In order to increase the working life and improve the mechanical properties of the profiles (7), the profiles (7) are of shear-resistant configuration and have elastic lips (20). These elastic lips (20) are deformed upon the engagement of the tongue (8) in the groove (9).
Methods for making zoned apertured webs
A method for making a zoned apertured nonwoven web comprises providing an unapertured nonwoven web having a first plurality of weakened locations in a first pattern in a first zone and a second plurality of weakened locations in a second pattern in a second zone. The method comprises applying a substantially cross machine directional tensioning force to the nonwoven web to cause the nonwoven web to rupture at some of the first and second pluralities of weakened locations. The applying step creates a plurality of first apertures in the nonwoven web coincident with the some of the first plurality of weakened locations and a plurality of second apertures in the nonwoven web coincident with the some of the second plurality of weakened locations. The cross machine directional width of the nonwoven web after the applying step is substantially the same in the first zone and the second zone.

Cloth Washing Device
A cloth washing device contains: a washing machine and a fiber opener.
Installation for consolidating a fiber batt, particularly by needlepunching and consolidated nonwoven
An installation for consolidating a batt of fibers, for example a nonwoven web, includes a mechanical consolidation workstation using needlepunching from which the fiber batt emerges in a machine or MD direction. A device is provided downstream of the consolidation workstation for stretching in the cross or CD direction which is transverse, in particular perpendicular, to the machine direction, and parallel to the plane of the batt, particularly before it is wound onto a reel. A consolidated nonwoven that can be obtained by the installation is also provided.
