A server, a washing machine, and a washing system including the same are provided. The washing system includes a washing machine and a server configured to receive turbidity information of washing water from the washing machine at pre-set time intervals, identify an amount of change in turbidity information of the washing water for the pre-set time intervals based on the received turbidity information, predict turbidity information of the washing water based on the amount of change in turbidity information of the washing water, and transmit a control signal for controlling a washing cycle of the washing machine based on the predicted turbidity information of the washing water.

A washing machine has a remote control function, and the control method comprises: after a washing procedure is finished, judging whether a remote control function is in an open state. If the judgment is yes, controlling a lock to keep a locked state, and executing a standby process for a time duration of t1, and if the judgment is no, controlling the lock to open, and executing a standby process for a time duration of t2, wherein t1≥t2; preferably, t1>t2. After a washing procedure is finished, the waiting time of a washing machine when the remote control function is in an open state is longer than the waiting time of a washing machine when the remote control function is in a closed state, thereby effectively preventing a remote controller from missing further control of a washing machine in a standby process.

A method of controlling a washing machine of the present invention includes the steps of: (a) supplying detergent contained in a dispenser together with water into an inner tub; (b) operating a pump to transfer the water supplied together with the detergent to a plurality of nozzles disposed above the inner tub; and (c) further supplying water into the inner tub, operating the pump while the water is being supplied, and rotating the inner tub so that laundry contained in the inner tub adheres to an inner surface of the inner tub by centrifugal force during the operation of the pump.

A washer and a control for an automatic washer to operate the washer through a wash cycle selected based upon a range of conditions of a fabric load to be washed. The control has a plurality of selectable stain type entrees, each with a particular dedicated wash cycle. The control also has dispensing control over at least two wash liquor additives, one being a detergent and the other being an oxidizing agent. The control operates the dedicated wash cycles, as selected, using both the detergent and the oxidizing agent; however, the detergent and the oxidizing agent may be dispensed differently, depending on the stain type selected.

A control method for a laundry treating apparatus comprises a washing machine power supply step of supplying a power to a washing machine interface provided to receive a control command; a course execution step of executing a washing course by the washing machine if the washing course is input to the washing machine interface; a dryer power supply step of supplying the power to the dryer if a preheating request signal is input through the washing machine interface; and a preheating step of including a supply stroke of supplying the air to the drying drum and a heating stroke of heating the air supplied to the drying drum.

A control method for a laundry treating apparatus comprises a washing machine power supply step of supplying a power to a washing machine interface provided to receive a control command; a course execution step of executing a washing course by the washing machine if the washing course is input to the washing machine interface; a dryer power supply step of supplying the power to the dryer if a preheating request signal is input through the washing machine interface; and a preheating step of including a supply stroke of supplying the air to the drying drum and a heating stroke of heating the air supplied to the drying drum.
