FOOT OF A WASHING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC LEVELING FUNCTION AND A WASHING MACHINE THEREOF

A foot of a washing machine comprises a foot base, a flexible accommodating body and an adjustable foot, a hollow chamber is arranged in the foot base, and the hollow chamber comprises at least a gas chamber for filling gas. The flexible accommodating body is arranged in the hollow chamber and is communicated with the gas chamber, an accommodating chamber is arranged in the flexible accommodating body and is provided with a hydraulic medium. The hydraulic medium can flow to the gas chamber under pressure. An end of the adjustable foot is relatively slidably set in the hollow chamber and the flexible accommodating body is in contact or connected with the adjustable foot. The foot of a washing machine can automatically adjust adaptively due to the fluidity of the hydraulic medium under different pressures.

A device for a household appliance for determining a transport condition of the household appliance includes a data processing unit that stores and/or evaluates a measurement value from a sensor associated or associatable with the household appliance in order to determine the transport condition; and an energy storage device electrically conductively coupled or couplable to the data processing unit to supply the data processing unit with electrical energy while the household appliance is off.

Tub insert system for top loading washer

A washing machine tub insert system is provided that prevents the wash tub from impacting the washing machine cabinet during shipping and handling. The tub insert system may be made from a bottom panel and an insert that lock together. The insert outwardly biases locking members against the cabinet rim and against the tub to minimize relative movement of the tub and cabinet, thereby reducing or eliminating the possibility of the wash tub damaging the washing machine cabinet.

Apparatus and method of detecting drop and/or detachment of a wall mounted drum type washing machine

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method of detecting when a wall mounted drum type washing machine drops, slips, tilts or detaches from the wall, in which the apparatus includes a horizontality detecting sensor configured to output a sensor value corresponding to a horizontal inclination of a main body of a washing machine; a verticality detecting sensor configured to output a sensor value corresponding to a vertical inclination of the main body of the washing machine; and a controller configured to determine whether the main body of the washing machine has dropped, slips, tilts or detaches from the wall by receiving sensor values from the horizontality detecting sensor and the verticality detecting sensor, and blocking power to the washing machine when the main body of the washing machine dropped, slipped, tilted or detached from the wall.

Tub insert system for top loading washer

A washing machine tub insert system is provided that prevents the wash tub from impacting the washing machine cabinet during shipping and handling. The tub insert system may be made from a die cut corrugated blank and foam locking members. The blank is folded to create a V-shaped structure that outwardly biases the locking members against the cabinet rim and against the tub to minimize relative movement of the tub and cabinet, thereby reducing or eliminating the possibility of the wash tub damaging the washing machine cabinet.
