CONDENSENSING SYSTEM FOR COMBINATION WASHER/DRYER APPLIANCE
A fluid condensing system for a combination washer/dryer appliance includes a metal condenser coil positioned within a condenser. Water liquid pulses through the metal condenser coil for maintaining the metal condenser coil at a cold temperature as water vapor in the hot exhaust air from the combination washer/dryer appliance condenses on the surface of the condenser coil. A common sump collects the water condensate from the condenser, the cooling fluid exiting the condenser coil, and wash water from the combination washer/dryer appliance. The water condensate, cooling fluid, and wash water is reclaimed and recycled through both a condenser coil recirculation loop and a wash water dispenser system.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING HOME APPLIANCE WATER USE
A water use management system may be installed in a setting that contains a primary infrastructure for water use to provide an alternate, modular infrastructure for water use. Fresh water used at various points of use, such as a shower or sink, may be diverted into the modular infrastructure prior to draining into the primary infrastructure. Once diverted, the precedent use water is received at a reservoir system where it is treated for a subsequent use. Treatment may include filtration and/or chemical treatment, and may be based upon sensor feedback from the reservoir system. Once treated, the water is ready for subsequent use and may flow from the reservoir system, via the modular infrastructure, to a subsequent point of use, such as a toilet.
Accessible and Portable Solar-Powered Washer Dryer
This invention is a combination washer and dryer powered by solar energy. The solar energy unit collects solar energy and converts it into electrical energy which is stored in an energy storage device. The solar energy unit connects to the main enclosure to power the electronic control circuits and the motor in the main enclosure. Within the main enclosure is a second energy storage device. The main enclosure also comprises a receptacle for liquid, detergent, and the clothing bin. The clothing bin is rotated or agitated by a motor according to instructions provided by the electronic control circuit and powered by either the solar panel directly or by one of the two energy storage devices.
A REPLENISHMENT CONTROL METHOD OF A MULTI-DRUM WASHING MACHINE
A water replenishment control method for a multi-drum washing machine. The washing machine comprises at least a first washing drum and a second washing drum. While the first washing drum is in a washing process, if the water level of washing water is lower than a set value, then a water replenishment process is executed, and before that, it is necessary to determine whether or not the second washing drum is executing a water replenishment process; if yes, the first washing drum pauses the water replenishment process, and the second washing drum executes precedence preferentially; if no, the first washing drum executes water replenishment process and terminates it when the water level of the washing water reaches a set water level.
WASHING MACHINE HAVING CIRCULATION NOZZLES
A washing machine includes a casing having an input port which is formed in a front surface thereof and to which laundry is inputted; a tub which is disposed in the casing to contain fluid, and has an opening communicating with the input port; a drum which is rotatably disposed in the tub, and contains the laundry; a pump which pumps water discharged from the tub; a circulation conduit which guides the water pumped by the pump; an annular gasket which forms a channel connecting the input port and the opening of the tub, and has a plurality of nozzles for spraying water into the drum on an inner circumferential surface defining the channel; and a nozzle water supply conduit which is fixed to the gasket, and supplies the water pumped by the pump to the plurality of nozzles.
Turbidity removal system for an appliance
A particulate separating mechanism for an appliance includes a fluid inlet that receives an inlet fluid. The inlet fluid includes particulate matter. A labyrinth separator is positioned to generate a first turbulence of the fluid. The first turbulence separates a first portion of the particulate matter into a particulate collection portion. A main filter is positioned downstream of the labyrinth separator and has a constricting portion and opposing turbulence chambers that are vertically oriented to produce a second turbulence of the fluid. The second turbulence separates a second portion of the particulate matter from the fluid. A fluid outlet delivers the fluid having the first and second portions of the particulate matter removed into a processing chamber for processing articles.
CLEAN WATER WSHING FUNCTION CONTROL METHOD OF WASHING MACHINE
A clean-water-washing function control method of a washing machine, the method comprising: step A: receiving a selection instruction of a laundry process; step B: enabling or disabling selection of a clean-water-washing function of the washing machine according to the selection instruction. A user at self-select the laundry process and decide whether to use the water-washing function, so that the control method not only helps guide the user in choosing to wash clothing in a water saving manner, but can also wash the clothing effectively, and protect the clothing and a recycled water filtration system. Moreover, an autonomous and intelligent washing environment is created for the user.
LAUNDRY TREATMENT APPARATUS
A laundry treatment apparatus includes a cabinet and a drawer retractably provided in the cabinet. An accommodation unit is provided at the drawer and defines a space configured to receive washing water. The laundry treatment apparatus includes a guider. The guider includes a first body rotatably coupled to the cabinet, and a second body rotatably coupled to the first body and the drawer and configured to connect the first body to the drawer. A supply unit is connected to a water supply source. A water supply channel is provided along the guider and is configured to supply water between the supply unit and the accommodation unit.
WASHING MACHINE WITH HOLDING TANK FOR TEMPORARILY STORING COSTLY LAUDRY ADDITIVE
A washing machine having a washed laundry/garment treatment system. The washing machine comprises a rotatable drum, a soap/laundry dispenser, a water supply flow valve, an ozone generator and a control panel for controlling operation of the rotatable drum, the soap/laundry dispenser, the water supply flow valve, and the ozone generator. The laundry/garment treatment system comprises a source of an additive/treating composition to be added a washing machine without any laundry/garments contained therein, and the source of the additive/treating composition is connected to the washing machine to supply a quantity of additive/treating composition thereto for mixing with water and formation of a treatment mixture. A circulating pump is connected to the washing machine for pumping the treatment mixture into a treatment holding tank. A mixture feed valve controls the flow of treatment mixture from the treatment holding tank back into the washing machine for treating the laundry/garments, following washing thereof.
Method for Operating a Laundry Washing Machine and Laundry Washing Machine
A method for operating a laundry washing machine (100; 300) having a controllable dosing device (120; 191) suitable to supply water from an external water supply line (E) into a container (110; 172) and a metering device (125; 192) arranged between the external water supply line (E) and the container (110; 172) for determining the amount of water flowing through the dosing device (120; 191). The method measures the surplus water flowing through the dosing device (120; 191) after deactivation of the latter in a first water conveying step for conveying a first amount of water from the external water supply line (E) into the container (110; 172) and controls the supply of water in a further water conveying step taking in account the surplus water previously measured.
