WASHING APPLIANCE
A washing appliance configured to heat water supplied to the washing appliance by utilizing heated process water drained from a compartment of the washing appliance arranged to accommodate goods to be cleaned. The washing appliance comprises a tank configured to contain the water being supplied to the compartment of the washing appliance, a valve configured to be in fluid communication with said tank to control a flow of the water contained in the tank being supplied to the compartment of the washing appliance, a fresh water conduit extending inside the tank, the fresh water conduit being configured to transport the water supplied to the washing appliance, a drain water conduit configured to transport the drained heated process water, the drain water conduit being arranged to extend inside, and coaxially with, the fresh water conduit inside the tank.
Drain box and funnel
A drain box having a housing, a splash containment therein with a lower portion within a housing drain aperture, and a discharge conduit having a lower portion positioned within the splash containment in position above the drain aperture and extending upward through splash containment aperture, and an upper portion extending upward through a housing upper aperture and terminating above the housing upper portion for connection to an appliance discharge conduit. The conduit being attached to the housing to prevent a lower discharge conduit end from moving downward toward the drain aperture to less than a predetermined minimum distance above the housing drain aperture.
Laundry washing machine comprising a water softening device and a local electronic control unit
A laundry washing machine having a washing tub, a rotatable drum, a detergent dispenser, a fresh-water supply circuit, a water softening device, a brine reservoir, and a pump assembly to move the brine from the brine reservoir to the water softening device for regenerating the same. The machine also has a water distributor module having: a manifold body having a water inlet and a number of water outlets; an electrically-operated, internal water channelling means are at least partially located inside the manifold body and are structured to selectively put the water inlet of the manifold body in fluid communication with any one of the water outlets of the same manifold body; and a local electronic control unit which is accommodated in a corresponding seat formed on the manifold body and moreover powers and/or controls both the pump assembly and the electrically-operated, internal water channeling means.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE HAVING A TREATING CHEMISTRY DISPENSER
A laundry treating appliance for treating laundry according to an automatic cycle of operation includes a cabinet defining an interior. A treating chamber is located within the interior. A dispenser is fluidly coupled to the treating chamber. The dispenser includes first and second drawers slidable along a slide path relative to the cabinet between opened and closed positions and having one or more treating chemistry chambers.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A washing machine includes a tub for accommodating a drum; a water supplier configured to supply water to the tub; a turbidity sensor configured to detect turbidity of water in the tub: a circulation bubble device configured to perform a circulation operation of circulating water in the tub and resupplying it to the tub or a bubble supply operation of generating bubbles and supplying them to the tub; and a controller configured to perform a first rinsing cycle when the turbidity of the water in the tub is higher than a first reference value, and control the water supplier so that water containing a softener is supplied to the tub and perform a second rinsing cycle by controlling the circulation bubble device to alternately perform the circulation operation and the bubble supply operation when the turbidity of the water in the tub is lower than the first reference value.
Hydraulic control and treatment device, particularly for hydraulic apparatuses or systems
A hydraulic control and/or safety device, particularly for utility apparatuses or systems or appliances, which is preferably able to carry out a flow shut-off and/or limitation, particularly in the event of fault of the utility apparatus or system or appliance, and/or one or more features that improve the device and/or the apparatus performance. In particular, the device can carry out the function of the fluid treatment, so as to be particularly reliable, as it prevents at least the formation of deposits on its mechanical components designed to limit the water flow.
Pump for regenerating a decalcifying device of a dishwashing machine
A pump which brings about a flow of regenerating brine in a chamber containing substances with water-softening properties of a decalcifying device of a dishwashing machine. The pump includes a body (10) in which a brine inflow conduit (16) provided with a one-way valve (18) and a brine outflow conduit (12) provided with a one-way valve (14) are defined; a solenoid (20) arranged within the body (10); and a core controlled by the solenoid (20). The outflow conduit (12) has an initial portion (34) coaxial with the axis (24) of the solenoid so that, when the pump is not active, the mouth of the initial portion (34) is closed by the center portion of the membrane (44) which ensures the water-tightness in both directions between the inflow and outflow conduits (16, 12).
Method for treating laundry in a laundry washing machine and laundry washing machine
A method is provided for treating laundry in a laundry washing machine. The method includes at least one washing phase during which the laundry is washed with introduction of water and the detergent into a washing tub and tumbled by rotation of a washing drum, at least one successive draining phase for draining liquid from the washing tub and following the draining phase at least one rinsing step in which the laundry is soaked with water, and a final rinsing step in which the laundry is treated by means of a rinse additive. An additive supply step is also included, where water is introduced into the tub together with the additive. Before the additive supply step, in a saturation step, the laundry is provided with a saturation amount of water for saturating said laundry.
Water disinfection body for use in a water reservoir
The present invention relates to an electrolysis body suitable for water disinfection for use in a water reservoir having a definite internal volume comprising a) a pair of electrodes made of a conductive material suitable for providing electrolysis, b) means for applying current to the electrodes, c) an insert unit having a first side and a second side opposite each other, wherein the first side faces out of the water reservoir when the insert unit is placed in position in the water reservoir in use for water disinfection and the second side faces into the volume of the water reservoir when placed in position in the water reservoir in use for water disinfection, and d) optionally a filter unit extending from the second side of the insert unit. The present invention also concerns a water reservoir comprising the body, as well as a washing system comprising the water reservoir.
