Dynamic seating and walking wheelchair with an active seat with powerlift to stand
A dynamic seating and walking wheelchair includes an active seat and a frame. The active seat is configured to move from a seated position to a standing position. The active seat includes a seat back with an upper end and a lower end, and a seat bottom with a front end and a rear end. The rear end of the seat bottom is rotatable about a movable pivot axis approximate to the lower end of the seat back from the seated position of approximately horizontal to the standing position of approximately vertical. The frame is configured to support the active seat. Wherein, when the active seat moves from a seated position to a standing position, the movable pivot axis moves both up and backwards.

Cable actuators and cable actuated apparatuses and systems
A cable actuator includes a housing and a cam disposed in the housing. The cam includes a first cable retaining portion and a second cable retaining portion. The cam is movable between a first position in which the first cable retaining portion is in an actuated position and the second cable retaining portion is in a return position, and a second position in which the first cable retaining portion is in a return position and the second cable retaining portion is in an actuated position.
ASSISTIVE DEVICE, AND METHOD OF USE
An assistive device having: a chassis; a handle assembly pivotally attached to said chassis, said chassis comprising a handle chassis portion for receiving a handle assembly and a platform chassis portion extending from said handle chassis portion with a standing platform; a locking mechanism operable to place and lock said handle assembly into a plurality of positions; a lever mechanism coupled to said locking mechanism to actuate said locking mechanism; and wherein said plurality of positions correspond to one of a loading position, an upright position and a storage position.

Transport device
A transport device includes a load carrying body, at least one central walking element, a first side walking element and a second side walking element, wherein the at least one central walking element is arranged in-between the two side walking elements. The walking elements are arranged at the load carrying body in a manner to be capable of moving up and down with respect to the load carrying body. The walking elements are arranged at the load carrying body in a manner to be capable of moving back and forth in horizontal direction with respect to the load carrying body, wherein the two side walking elements can move back and forth independently from the at least one central walking element via horizontal actuators.
Therapy mat table and table carrier and methods of use
A therapy mat table has an upper surface and removable mat. A portion of the mat and a separate plate is rotatably mounted within the flat top so as to be capable of being selectively raised and lowered to form a seat back for a patient reclining or sitting on the pad on an elongated side edge of the table. The table may also include transfer bars which help to move a patient on and off the table or when moving to a standing position or while simply standing. The table may further include a stowable foot stop, which prevents backward movement of the patient's feet when the patient is standing between the transfer bars. The table may also include a knee blocker, which helps to limit or prevent buckling of the patient's knees when the patient is standing between the transfer bars.
TRANSFER ASSISTANCE DEVICE
The transfer assistance device includes a bogie, an arm tiltably supported by the bogie, a holding part that is supported by the arm and holds a torso of a person being assisted. The holding part includes at least a low pressure cell group and a high pressure cell group configured to respectively face different parts of a front surface of the torso of the person being assisted. The transfer assistance device further includes air pressure adjuster configured to individually adjust air pressure of the low pressure cell group and air pressure of the high pressure cell group.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS INCLUDING A STAND-UP WHEEL CHAIR HAVING AUTOMATIC STABILITY CONTROL
Systems, devices, and methods are described for providing, among other things, a stand-up wheel chair having automatic stability control.
Assistive apparatus
An assistive apparatus includes a base, a first arm provided on the base and configured to revolve around a horizontal first center axis, a second arm provided on the first arm and configured to revolve around a horizontal second center axis, a support member provided on the second arm and configured to support an upper half body of an assisted person, and a driving device configured to perform a cooperative operation of the first arm and the second arm. The first arm is configured to be located ahead of a knee bending position at which an upper thigh portion and a lower thigh portion of the assisted person bend in an initial state before execution of assistance of a standing operation.
