METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SPIN-DRYING CYCLE OF LAUNDRY TREATMENT MACHINE
20210115611 · 2021-04-22 ·

Disclosed is a method for controlling a spin-drying cycle of a laundry treatment machine. The method includes performing a plurality of spin-drying operations by rotating a drum above an adjusted rotational speed range configured to adjust disposition of balls within a ball balancer so as to correspond to a changed amount of eccentricity, and adjusting the disposition of the balls within the ball balancer by rotating the drum within the adjusted rotational speed range, between the respective spin-drying operations.

CONVENIENT DEHYDRATION DEVICE

A convenient dehydration device includes an outer bucket, a dehydration basket and a cap body. One end of a limit rod is fixed to the cap body therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod passes through a bearing fixed to a top base of a sleeve portion of the dehydration basket and then abuts against a steel ball, so that the pivoting of the limit rod may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket more precise, reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket while rotation, and maintain the rotation center of the dehydration basket to be stable.

CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR

A centrifugal separator, such as a spin dryer that separates water from wet clothing includes a stationary chamber. A perforated basket is arranged to spin within the stationary chamber. A DC or AC motor is arranged below the bottom floor fastened to a mechanical floor. A driveshaft can be connected to the motor output shaft via a flexible coupling and passes through the bottom floor and is connected to the basket. A brake disc is operatively fixed to the output shaft, and a brake caliper is fixed to the mechanical floor to stop the brake disc. A balance ring, having an annular chamber holding a balance fluid, is mounted to an outside of the basket. The centrifugal separator can include a cycle controller that can ramp up or down the basket speed and reverse spinning direction of the basket.

WASHING MACHINE

A washing machine is provided. The washing machine includes: a washing drum which is rotatable and intersects with an up-down direction; a rotating part having a plurality of concave parts arranged in a rotating direction of the washing drum, and the rotating part is connected with the washing drum so that the rotating part rotates integrally with the washing drum; and a locking part for locking rotation of the rotating part by fitting in the concave parts. In the washing machine, a nut member is in threaded connection with the threaded shaft and connected to the rotating part so that the nut member moves along the threaded shaft along with rotation of the threaded shaft, thereby causing the rotating part to rotate. A backlash between the locking part fitted in the concave parts and the rotating part is smaller than a backlash between the threaded shaft and the nut member.
