A retaining means is provided for retaining plastic fibers washed out of textiles during a washing process. The retaining means is designed as a laundry bag that holds at least one textile to be washed during a washing process and that can be closed in a suitable manner. The laundry bag is produced of a plastic woven screening fabric having an average mesh width in the range between 5 m and 200 m.

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for protecting a garment from wrinkling, stretching or abrasion during washing, drying and storing of the garment. Permeable sections has mesh stretched over them. A garment is folded about and within each section. The garment maximizes the flow of fluids through the garment while minimizing the wrinkling, stretching or abrasion of the garment during washing, drying and storing.

An illustrated view of a laundry device for providing laundry activities without bedding being bunched into a ball is presented. The laundry device is useful in aiding the chore of washing and/or drying laundry by preventing entanglement of garments and helps keep bedding and other garments organized. The laundry device is useful in reducing drying time and keeping laundry garments untangled. The device has a bottom portion with a tab and a ring hole. The device has a top portion that fits into an inner portion of the bottom portion and can be released by pushing thumbs through a bottom portion of the device, therefore releasing garments or by pulling the easy-pull tab coupled to the top portion of the device and coupled to snaps. Sheets and other bedding are securely coupled between the top portion and the bottom portion. The device further has a ring assembly coupled to a ring hole of the laundry device for utilization for other types of garments.

In order to maintain ordered and easily identifiable textile articles, the device may include a substantially elongated forming element that has two ends and may be arranged to pass through the textile articles, the forming element and the reversible closing means can be mutually arranged so that the ends of the forming element interact with the reversible closing means respectively according to suitable mechanical connections, so that the forming element is secured to or released from the set of textile articles.

Systems and methods for attaching large articles of bedding such as bed sheets, blankets, duvet covers, comforters, and quilts, as well as other machine-washable large items such as sleeping bags, tablecloths, shower curtains, and shower curtain liners, in order to prevent or greatly reduce said articles from twisting, tangling, balling and/or wadding either independently or with each other in either or both the automatic washing machine or automatic clothes dryer. Exemplary fabric securing devices include a rigid base having keyholes and slit-holes, and flexible straps or tongues having a hollow post to engage a base keyhole and a crescent-shaped beveled edge to engage a base slit-hole.

The present invention discloses a laundry box, comprising a laundry box body, a seal cover and a drain fence, wherein laundry box water inlets and a laundry box drain outlet are provided at the bottom of the laundry box body, a decontamination conductor plate is provided in the middle thereof, a clothes placing port is provided at the top of the laundry box body, and the seal cover is hinged at the clothes placing port; and the drain fence is detachably mounted inside the laundry box body and is located at the side end close to the drain outlet. The present invention further discloses a machine for separately washing clothes designed to be used in conjunction with the laundry box, comprising a housing, a main machine, a cover plate and at least two laundry boxes.

A washer and dryer unit offers gentle washing or drying of lingerie including bras and panties. The unit uses a series of reciprocating bristles made of a specific elastic material that does not damage the lingerie. A washer compartment of the unit is adjustable to allow insertion of different sized bras that are mounted on a support grille. A dryer compartment of the unit offers drying of the lingerie using air fans. The unit is portable and small to be placed in a bathroom.

The present invention provides a first half and a second half of a garment holder including the first half having a first lock, the first lock including a pin having a winged base to be received in a first hole having a corresponding shape. The pin being rotatable within the first hole between a locked and unlocked position and wherein the first lock resides on the first half and the second half includes the second hole. The pin including a locking member disposed at a distal end of the pin, the locking member for engaging the second hole.
