The water collecting tub may include a first drain hole opening to the inside space of the water collecting tub, and a second drain hole communicating with the outlet. The drain path may include a first path connected to the first drain hole, and a second path connected to the second drain hole.
OZONE LAUNDRY SYSTEM
A water ozonation system (18) that receives source water (16) from a water source (14) and converts it to ozonated water (20) for use in a washing machine (12) includes a system body (30), an ozone generator (38), a sensor assembly (21), and a controller (46). The system body (30) receives the source water (16) from the water source (14). The ozone generator (38) is configured to generate ozone. The ozone generator (38) is coupled the system body (30). The sensor assembly (21) is also coupled to the system body (30). The sensor assembly (21) is configured to sense at least one ambient environmental condition and generate at least one electronic data signal based on the sensed at least one ambient environmental condition. The controller (46) receives the at least one electronic data signal from the sensor assembly (21) and regulates a level of ozone that is generated by the ozone generator (38) based at least in part on the at least one electronic data signal.
Laundry treating apparatus having induction heater
A laundry treating apparatus includes a tub, a drum for receiving an object therein, an induction heater for heating an outer circumferential face of the drum, a motor for rotating the drum, and a power supply for supplying power from an external power source to the laundry treating apparatus, a relay for interrupting current to be applied from the power supply to the induction heater via an electrical wire, a processor connected to the relay via a control wire and configured to control an operation of the relay and to control an operation of the induction heater and an operation of the motor, and a first safety device disposed at the control wire to interrupt a control signal to be applied from the processor to the relay. The first safety device operates in response to a temperature change thereof.
Laundry machine having induction heater and control method of the same
A laundry machine includes a tub; a drum that is rotatably mounted in the tub and holds laundry; an induction heater that is provided in the tub and configured to heat an outer circumferential surface of the drum located in opposite; a motor that is configured to drive so as to rotate the drum; a temperature sensor that is configured to sense the temperature inside the tub; and a processor that is implemented to control drum RPM in spinning based on a preset spinning target RPM and control heat-spinning based by controlling the drive of the induction heater, wherein the processor controls the drive of the induction heater by setting a heating target temperature that is raised by the drive of the induction heater to be higher as the preset spinning target RPM is set to be lower.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SANITARY TOWELS FOR RESTAURANTS AND BARS
An automated system and method for providing sanitary towels in restaurants and bars includes a tank assembly, a perforated drum assembly, a drive motor and drive gear assembly, a sanitizer solution source, a water source, a heating unit, one or more solenoid valves capable of governing the introduction and release of water and sanitizer solution into and from the tank assembly, one or more sensors capable of measuring solution temperature and sanitizer concentration, and a controller unit having at least one processor and memory. A method of use involves the programmable steps of filling the tank assembly, measuring the concentration of sanitizer, adjusting the concentration of sanitizer, measuring the temperature of the water and sanitizer solution, adjusting the temperature, agitating towels, and draining the water and sanitizer solution after a preferred amount of time.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING LAUNDRY
A method for controlling a laundry washing machine. The method includes: performing a tub loading process comprising operating supply valve(s) to provide a first volume of water through a detergent supply system and into a tub to fill the tub with wash liquid; performing a washing process comprising rotating a drum to agitate laundry in in the presence of the wash liquid; performing a static rinsing process comprising operating a pump to remove any free volume of wash liquid from the tub without rotating the drum; and performing one or more rinsing processes comprising: operating the supply valve(s) to provide a volume of clean rinse water to the tub, operating the pump to remove the rinse water from the drum, and operating the motor to spin the drum at high speed to extract rinse water from the laundry, while continuing to operate the pump.
HEATING CONTROL SYSTEM OF MULTI-DRUM WASHING MACHINE
A multi-drum washing machine comprises at least two sets of heating devices, and at least two detection units which are correspondingly connected with the heating devices. Each detection unit is used for detecting heating information of the corresponding heating device and controlling at least one other heating device to be turned on/off according to the heating information. The heating control system of the multi-drum washing machine solves the problem that it is difficult to detect heating devices in a multi-drum washing machine, thus increasing the calculation burden of a processor. The disclosure realizes real-time detection of the heating devices through simple detection circuit hardware connection on a circuit of each heating device. The circuits are detected by using connection structures of circuit hardware, thereby saving cost, improving the sensitivity of the detection circuits and prolonging the service life of the processor of the multi-drum washing machine.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE HAVING A USER INTERFACE AND METHODS OF OPERATING SAME
A laundry treating appliance includes a treating chamber provided for receiving laundry for treatment, a controller having a memory in which is stored a set of executable instructions including a set of cycles of operations. The laundry treating appliance also includes a user interface operably coupled with the controller and having a touchscreen configured to provide an input and output function for the controller.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE USING A UNIT DOSE PACKAGE AND LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE
A laundry washing machine and a method for operating the washing machine offer ways to load a unit dose package into a compartment of the washing machine. A control unit controls the washing machine to add water to a compartment having a unit dose package. The tub is then filled with hot or cold water depending on the temperature of the water in the tub, or whether a sanitizing cycle of a washing program has been selected.
Washer and washer control with cycles for laundry additives and color safe bleaches/in-wash stain removers
