A control method of the laundry treating apparatus may be provided to thaw and operate the laundry treating apparatus.
COMBINATION WASHING AND DRYING APPARATUSES INCLUDING COOLED WATER CONDENSERS
An apparatus includes a closed drying air circuit and a drum in communication with the closed drying air circuit. A condenser is in communication with the closed drying air circuit. The condenser includes a cooled water inlet that directs cooled water into the heated air to remove moisture from the heated air. The condenser includes a condenser water outlet for egress of water from the condenser. The cooled water inlet of the condenser is configured to receive water from a tap water source. A thermoelectric apparatus having a cold side flow device arranged between the cooled water inlet of the condenser and the tap water source is included. The cold side flow device is configured to receive tap water from the tap water source and cool the tap water below a tap outlet temperature using the thermoelectric device before the tap water enters the cooled water inlet of the condenser.
Method for regulating quantity of condensing medium according to change in air temperature at outlet of barrel of dryer
A method for regulating a quantity of a condensing medium according to change in air temperature at an outlet of a barrel of the dryer comprises the following steps: Step 1, Starting drying, detecting an air temperature at the outlet of a barrel of a dryer, and determining that the air temperature at the outlet of the barrel reaches a set temperature; Step 2, calculating the time value from the start of drying to the temperature at the outlet of the barrel reaching the set temperature; Step 3, determining the supplying tempo of the condensing medium at least according to the time value calculated in step 2; and Step 4, supplying the condensing medium with the supplying tempo of the condensing medium determined in step 3.
Condensing type clothes dryer having a heat pump cycle and a method for controlling a condensing type clothes dryer having a heat pump cycle
A condensing type clothes dryer having a heat pump cycle and a method for controlling a condensing type clothes dryer having a heat pump cycle are provided. The condensing type clothes dryer may include a drum in which an object to be dried may be accommodated; a circulation duct that forms a circulation passage such that air may circulate via the drum; a circulation fan configured to circulate the air along the circulation duct; a heat pump cycle having an evaporator and a condenser spaced from each other in the circulation duct, and configured to absorb heat of air discharged from the drum through the evaporator and to transfer the heat to air introduced into the drum through the condenser using an operation fluid which may circulate via the evaporator and the condenser; a bypass flow path formed at the circulation duct such that a portion of air discharged from the drum may bypass the evaporator to be mixed with air having passed through the evaporator at an upstream side of the condenser; and an opening and closing device installed at the bypass flow path and configured to selectively open or close the bypass flow path.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF
A washing machine that can shorten the drying time by improving the drying efficiency of the washing machine. A washing machine includes a tub, a drum rotatably installed inside of the tub, a condensing duct formed on an inner wall of the tub, a heating duct provided outside the tub, a duct heater provided inside the heating duct, a fan configured to circulate air in the drum, the condensing duct, and the heating duct and a controller configured to rotate the drum at a first rotational speed so as to tumble laundry contained in the drum while controlling the duct heater to heat the air circulated by the fan. The controller may rotate the drum at a second rotational speed, which is higher than the first rotational speed to separate water from the laundry contained in the drum while controlling the duct heater to heat the circulating air.
Dryer appliance
A dryer appliance including a cabinet with a drum rotatably mounted within the cabinet. The drum defines a chamber for the receipt of articles for drying. The dryer appliance also includes a sealed refrigerant circuit in thermal communication with the chamber and a condensation tank configured to receive condensate from an evaporator of the sealed refrigerant circuit. The condensate is selectively in thermal communication with a condenser of the sealed refrigerant circuit.
Heat pump dryer with dual-exhaust compressor system and control method thereof
A heat pump clothes dryer comprising a circulating air path consisting of a drying drum and a drying air path for circularly flowing drying air; and a heat pump system consisting of an evaporator, a throttling device, a condenser and a compressor successively connected end to end for circularly flowing a refrigerant medium. The condenser and the evaporator are disposed on the drying air path, and perform heat exchange with the drying air. The compressor has independent suction compression chambers, each suction compression chamber being switchably connected in series or in parallel. When the dryer starts drying in a low-temperature environment, the suction compression chambers of the compressor operate in a parallel state, so that the air displacement of the compressor is increased to improve the flowing activity of the refrigerant medium in the heat pump system, so as to avoid occurrence of frosting of the evaporator.
