METHOD OF CHEMICAL TREATMENT ON NONWOVENS
Nonwovens having low-density and resilience have a chemical formulation applied on one surface (e.g., a top surface) by any of various application methods. Then, the chemical formulation is forced to move toward the opposite surface of the nonwoven (e.g., move downward through the nonwoven from top to bottom). The chemical-treated nonwoven is dried to fix the chemical on the nonwovens. Movement through the nonwoven is performed in a controlled fashion so that after drying the distribution of a chemical formulation throughout the nonwoven (e.g., from the top surface to the bottom surface of a nonwoven) is controlled.

Sprayable conductive agent capable of forming conductive portion and manufacturing method and use thereof
A conductive agent can be filled in a sprayer and sprayed onto the surface of a fabric to form a conductive portion thereon. The conductive agent includes sodium hydroxide, carbomer, glycerin, disinfectant and water. The percentage by weight of sodium hydroxide is 0.15% to 0.25% of the conductive agent; the percentage by weight of carbomer is 0.45% to 0.55% of the conductive agent; the percentage by weight of the glycerin is 0.90% to 1.10% of the conductive agent; the percentage by weight of disinfectant is 0.03% to 0.07% of the conductive agent.
Active apparel and fabric and coverings
A fabric delivers active ingredients to a surface when the fabric includes a moist-vapor porous combination of fabric materials, and the fabric comprises at least 0.5% by total weight of at least one layer of the fabric of a superabsorbent polymer fiber. The superabsorbent polymer fiber contains an absorbed aqueous reservoir of an aqueous solution carrying the active ingredients. The superabsorbent fiber has a coating on its surface of an aqueous penetrable layer through which a liquid in the absorbed aqueous reservoir can migrate or flow, carrying the active ingredients onto an exposed surface of the superabsorbent polymer fiber, so that the active ingredients on the surface of the superabsorbent polymer can react or interact with an environment in contact with the active ingredients on the superabsorbent polymer fiber surface.
Aqueous spray composition
An aqueous fabric spray composition, comprising: a. 1-10 w.t. % silicone, wherein the silicone is in the form of an emulsion, the an emulsion having a particle size of 100 to 30 um b. Free perfume, having an emulsion particle size of 1 nm to 30 μm.
WATER-SOLUBLE FILM BASED DELIVERY SYSTEMS FOR COLORANTS, GLITTER, AND OTHER ARTISTIC EFFECTS
Hydrographic sheets and dip and decorator activity-kits are provided. The dip and decorator activity-kits comprise one or more hydrographic sheet formed of a water-soluble film, having decoration art formed from a non-aqueous ink or dye disposed on at least one side of the sheet, and an instruction for imparting an artistic effect to the article using the one or more hydrographic sheets. The hydrographic sheet leaves floating decoration art upon dissolution in water and wherein the floating decoration art comprises a softened and at least partially solubilized water-soluble film with decoration art for adhering to an article.

FABRIC SPRAY COMPOSITIONS
An aqueous fabric spray composition, comprising: a. 0.0001-10 wt. % free perfume. b. 0.001 to 2 wt. % quaternary ammonium biocide.
FABRIC SPRAY COMPOSITIONS
An aqueous fabric spray composition, comprising: a. 0.0001-10 wt. % free perfume. b. 0.001 to 2 wt. % quaternary ammonium biocide.
