Fluid Source For Supplying Fluid To Therapy Devices
A fluid source comprises a connector assembly for connecting a fluid supply device to either a first therapy device or to a second therapy device. A controller automatically provides a first configuration of a user interface associated with a first therapy when a supply connector is operatively coupled to the first therapy device and provides a second configuration of the user interface associated with a second therapy, different than the first configuration, when the supply connector is operatively coupled to the second therapy device. A hanger assembly is provided to hang the fluid source on different support structures. The fluid source also comprises a housing with a watershed region to shed liquid away from the user interface.
Device for aligning and connecting a hood to a housing
A device (4) aligns and connects a housing hood (3) to a housing (2). The device (4) has a first connecting piece (5) and a second connecting piece (6). The first connecting piece (5) has a clamp bearing element (51) and the second connecting piece (6) has a lamella element (61). The lamella element (61) is arranged movably along the clamp bearing element (51). The device (4) has a clamping element (7) for clearance-free clamping the lamella element (61) with the clamp bearing element (51). An alignment of the hood (3) on a housing (2) can be carried out simply and rapidly and requires only weak clamping forces.
Assembly for mounting and independent multi-direction adjustment of a seat back
A seat back angle and depth adjustment assembly includes an angle adjustment member that includes a first aperture and a second aperture, a first fastener is received by the first aperture and is configured to engage an angle adjustment locking member, and a second fastener is received by the second aperture and is configured to engage a depth adjustment locking member.
MEDICAL SUPPORT ARM WITH LOCKABLE PIVOT JOINT
A medical support arm may include a holding end, a coupling end, a coupling-end pivot joint for swiveling the support arm about a pivot axis (A1) and tilting the support arm about a tilt axis (A2), and a clamping mechanism with which the pivot joint can be locked or released as desired. The pivot joint allows the support arm to rotate exclusively about the tilt axis (A2) and the pivot axis (A1). A tilting device may have a tilting element and a cylindrical sliding surface on which the tilting element is seated. A pivot mechanism can have a guide ring and at least one ring guide surface that receives the guide ring. A tilting element, as part of the clamping mechanism, may be provided as a gripper clamp that secures both the tilting device and the pivot mechanism against rotation by clamping the central body.
System for coupling an auxiliary element to a wheelchair
The invention relates to a system for coupling an auxiliary element to a wheelchair, said auxiliary element being of the type used to convert a wheelchair into a chair in the form of a tricycle or similar, said system comprising a coupling bar for coupling an auxiliary element and a coupling accessory for coupling an auxiliary element, such that the means for coupling the coupling bar can be fitted into the coupling accessory.
Incubator
An incubator comprising a mattress tray and a plurality of baby guards surrounding a vicinity of an outer periphery of the mattress tray, wherein: a first baby guard from out of the plurality of baby guards includes a grommet; the first baby guard is detachably attached to a first attachment location installed at a vicinity of the outer periphery of the mattress tray; a second baby guard from out of the plurality of baby guards is detachably attached to a second attachment location installed at a vicinity of the outer periphery of the mattress tray; and the first baby guard is detachable from the first attachment location and attachable to the second attachment location, and the second baby guard is detachable from the second attachment location and attachable to the first attachment location.
Accessory support and coupling systems for an accessory support
The present disclosure provides a coupling system for coupling a medical accessory to an accessory support is provided. The present disclosure also provides a system for powering a medical accessory with an accessory support.
System, method, and apparatus for clamping
A clamp includes a housing, a fixed gripper, a moveable gripper, a driven member, and an actuator. The housing includes first and second tracks. The fixed gripper is coupled to the housing. The driven member is configured to slide within the first and second tracks of the housing. The moveable gripper is operatively coupled to the driven member. The actuator is configured to move the driven member towards a first position to thereby move the moveable gripper towards the fixed gripper. The actuator is further configured to move the driven member towards a second position to thereby move the moveable gripper away from the fixed gripper.
Multi-purpose litter clamp and attachments
A multi-purpose litter clamp comprises a clamp that preferably spans below the litter connecting to opposing longitudinal litter poles on opposite sides of the litter. The clamp can attach rigidly and securely to both sides of the litter. In many embodiments, all but a few inches of the litter's longitudinal poles are covered with a nylon fabric that make up the bed of the litter. A plurality of clamp accessories can facilitate rapid and effective attachment and/or removal of medical equipment connected to a patient directly to the litter on which the patient lies, either during transport and/or while in a field hospital.
Patient support systems and methods of use
A patient support system includes a patient support apparatus and a support surface mounted on the patient support apparatus. The patient support apparatus is reconfigurable among a plurality of different configurations for supporting a patient on the support surface in a plurality of positions. The support surface is mounted on the patient support apparatus to move in response to reconfiguration of the patient support apparatus.
