Antimicrobial Nonwoven Cloth, Preparation Method Thereof and Mask with the Antimicrobial Nonwoven Cloth
The present invention discloses an antimicrobial nonwoven cloth, whose raw materials comprising the following components in weight ratio: 75100 parts of polypropylene, 1025 parts of sodium p-styrenesulfonate, 1020 parts of silane coupling agent, 0.151 part of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride (PHMB), 0.050.4 part of zinc salt, 15 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, and 0.010.1 part of nanometer fumed silica. Further, a method of preparing the antimicrobial nonwoven cloth and a mask with antimicrobial nonwoven cloth are disclosed, to prevent bacteria from spreading through the air and saliva.
TEXTILES AND ARTICLES AND PROCESSES FOR MAKING THE SAME
Films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles including thermoplastic elastomeric compositions are described, as are methods of making the films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles. These films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles can be used to make articles of apparel, footwear, and sporting equipment. When thermoformed, the thermoplastic elastomeric compositions can impart abrasion resistance, traction, and other advantageous properties to the articles. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present disclosure.

Optimized sizing for carbon fiber-sheet molding compound
There is provided a carbon fiber sheet molding composition including a vinyl ester resin type system. The carbon fiber distribution is random. The carbon fiber length is from about 0.5 inches to two inches. The carbon fiber loading is from about 35% to 65%, and includes epoxy sized carbon fiber and vinyl sized carbon fiber effective to achieve predetermined significant increase in desired mechanical properties.
Composite carbon fibers
Provided is composite carbon fibers in which polymers having an amino containing group are covalently bonded to the surface of the carbon fiber. Aspects are also directed to processes for preparing the composite carbon fibers. Additional aspects are directed to reinforced composites comprising a resin matrix and the composite carbon fibers, and to processes of making such reinforced composites.
Fiber for tribological applications
Fiber for tribological applications, with the exception of mineral fibers, comprising at least one solid lubricant, with the exception of graphite, or boated with at least one solid lubricant, with the exception of graphite.
MELT-ANISOTROPIC AROMATIC POLYESTER MULTIFILAMENT
Provided is a melt-anisotropic aromatic polyester multifilament having excellent abrasion resistance. The melt-anisotropic aromatic polyester multifilament has a single fiber fineness from 10 to 80 dtex and comprises 3 to 10 wt % of a dimethylsilicone-series finishing agent applied on a fiber surface of the multifilament, based on the multifilament, the finishing agent containing a dimethylsilicone-series compound having a weight average molecular weight from 15000 to 40000.
Blowable insulation material with enhanced durability and water repellency
A blowable insulation material comprising natural fibers and short cut synthetic fibers or fiber balls. The natural fibers and short cut synthetic fibers or fiber balls are individually treated with a water repellent to impart water repellency to the fibers, and later aerodynamically blended together. The water repellent fibers constitute a part or most of the blowable insulation material, thus enhancing the durability of the structure as well as water repellency, which may be advantageous during washing or laundering.
