The composition is essentially free of resorcinol, resorcinol precondensates, formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing substances. The present invention relates to a use of such a composition, a process for coating a textile reinforcing material with this composition, a coated textile reinforcing material and a respective elastomeric article comprising the same.
AQUEOUS DIPPING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to an aqueous dipping composition for coating a textile reinforcing material, comprising 4% to 40% by dry weight of at least one rubber latex, with the proviso that the rubber latex is no isoprene rubber latex, 0.1% to 10% by dry weight of at least one blocked isocyanate, 1% to 20% by dry weight of at least one isoprene rubber latex, and 0% to 6% by dry weight of at least one epoxy group-containing compound, wherein the amounts in % by dry weight are based on the total weight of the aqueous dipping composition.
The present invention relates to an aqueous dipping composition for coating a textile reinforcing material, comprising at least one rubber latex, at least one blocked isocyanate, at least one filler, at least one epoxy group-containing compound, and at least one polymer with carboxylic acid functional groups. The present invention further relates to the use of such a composition, to a process for coating a textile reinforcing material with this composition, to a coated textile reinforcing material and a respective elastomeric article comprising the coated textile reinforcing material.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING YOGA OUTER SOCKS WITH SILICONE BAND ATTACHED THERETO
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing yoga outer socks with a silicone band attached thereto by forming a temporary connection part using ultrasonic waves without a seam between an outer sock upper and a sole part, adhering hot melt to the temporary connection part via heat fusion, and then fusing a silicone band onto hot melt to prevent slipping of the heel. Accordingly, the yoga outer socks are manufactured by forming a temporary connection part with ultrasonic waves without a seam and then adhering hot melt to the temporary connection part via heat fusion to simplify manufacturing processes and to achieve excellent productivity.
SOCKS HAVING INTEGRATED GRIPPING SYSTEMS
Socks or stockings including integrated gripping systems include gripping material disposed on external surfaces of a sole of the sock and gripping material disposed on internal surfaces of the sock. In some examples, the integrated gripping systems comprise a first set of gripping dots comprising gripping material applied to external surfaces of the sole of the sock and a second set of gripping dots comprising gripping material applied to internal surfaces of the sole of the sock. In some examples, the integrated gripping systems comprise a knitted fabric including gripping yarn, which includes knitted gripping portions disposed on internal surfaces of the sock and external surfaces of the sock.
NONWOVEN FABRIC LAYERED BODY, COMPOSITE LAYERED BODY, AND COVER SHEET
A nonwoven fabric layered body includes a first nonwoven fabric layer including a crimped fiber (A), which is a fiber made of a thermoplastic polymer and which has an average crimp diameter of 800 μm or less; and a hydrophilic agent.
Medical headgear
A flexible band for a medical headgear comprises an inner surface, an opposite outer surface, and a non-stretch central portion having a friction pad disposed on the inner surface. The friction pad is formed from a grip or tacky material and is disposed at least partially between the inner surface and the outer surface of the non-stretch central portion in a solidified state of the friction pad.
METHOD OF WET FINISHING PLANT BASED FIBERS AND FABRICS MADE THEREFROM
The present arrangement includes a method for wet finishing a plant-based fabric. The method includes obtaining a plant-based fabric, subjecting the plant-based fabric to amino silicone oil bath for a first predetermined amount of time, and subsequently subjecting the plant-based fabric to a silicone emulsion bath for a second predetermined amount of time.
Curable polymer latex compositions for the manufacture of rubber articles
A curable polymer latex composition obtainable by: (a) subjecting a monomer mixture comprising i. at least one conjugated diene; ii. at least one ethylenically unsaturated nitrile; iii. optionally at least one ethylenically unsaturated acid; iv. optionally at least one further ethylenically unsaturated compound different from any of the compounds (i)-(iii); to free-radical emulsion polymerization in an aqueous reaction medium to form a raw polymer latex; and (b) allowing the obtained raw latex to mature in the presence of at least one thiocarbonyl-functional compound, wherein the at least one thiocarbonyl-functional compound is present in an amount of at least 0.05 wt.-%, based on the total amount of monomers subjected to free-radical emulsion polymerization in step (a), and (c) optionally compounding the matured polymer latex with one or more cross-linking agent. Methods for making such curable polymer latex composition or rubber articles made therefrom, respectively.
SILICONE EMULSION COMPOSITION AND FIBER TREATMENT AGENT
A silicone emulsion composition with which the treated fiber surface exhibits flexibility and high water absorption and the treated fibers can maintain water absorption even after washing treatment that contains: (A) an amino-modified silicone, represented by the average composition formula (1), that has a viscosity at 25° C. of 5-50,000 mPa.Math.s and an amino group equivalent of 300-20,000 g/mol: 100 mass parts, (B) a specific polyoxyalkylene group-containing epoxy compound: 10-200 mass parts, (C) a surfactant: 1-70 mass parts, (D) an organic acid: 0.3-15 mass parts, and (E) water: 50 mass parts to 5,000 mass parts.
