HEAT INSULATION SHEET, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND SECONDARY BATTERY IN WHICH SAME IS USED
A heat insulation sheet includes a fiber sheet, a resin layer provided on a surface of an outer peripheral portion of the fiber sheet, and a silica xerogel disposed in spaces of the fiber sheet. The fiber sheet includes fibers forming spaces among the fibers. The resin layer is denser than the fiber sheet and made of thermoplastic resin. The silica xerogel is held in the plurality of fibers. This heat insulation sheet is excellent in adhesiveness, and is easily attached to a protective sheet or a frame to be fixed.
GRAINED ARTIFICIAL LEATHER
Disclosed is a grain-finished artificial leather including: an artificial leather base material; and a resin layer stacked on at least one surface of the artificial leather base material, wherein the artificial leather base material contains: a fiber-entangled body of ultrafine fibers; 3 to 50 mass % of a first elastic polymer; 2.5 to 6 mass %, in terms of phosphorus atoms, of first phosphorous-based flame retardant particles having an average particle size of 1 to 10 m; and 1 to 6 mass % of a plasticizer, and the resin layer contains: a second elastic polymer; and a total content, in terms of phosphorus atoms or in terms of hydroxyl groups, of 0 to 8 mass % of flame retardant particles having an average particle size of 1 to 10 m and being at least one selected from the group consisting of second phosphorous-based flame retardant particles and first metal hydroxide particles.
Antislip sheet material with twisted tapes
A sheet of material suitable for roofing or industrial wrapping applications has an anti-skid surface formed by ridges of twisted tapes. The sheet comprises a woven scrim of warp tapes and weft tapes. Some of the tapes are twisted about their longitudinal axis, for example about (25) to (400) revolutions per meter, to form ridges having a height substantially greater than the thickness of the tapes. The ridges impart an anti-skid surface to the sheet. The scrim is bonded to a coating or film to make the sheet waterproof.
SELF-HEALING RESIN COMPOSITION AND ARTIFICIAL LEATHER MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
A self-healing resin composition includes 35 phr to 110 phr of a main resin, 10 phr to 30 phr of a self-healing component, a hardener, a matting agent, and a solvent. The main resin contains a diol monomer and a diisocyanate monomer. The self-healing component includes at least one of a cyclosiloxane and a self-healing component as represented in a formula (I) of:
##STR00001##
R.sup.1 is formed from a first isocyanate, R.sup.2 is formed from a second isocyanate, and R.sup.3 is selected from the group consisting of:
##STR00002##
x is an integer ranging from 3 to 50. y is an integer ranging from 3 to 50. m is an integer ranging from 3 to 50. n1 is an integer ranging from 3 to 50. n2 is an integer ranging from 3 to 50.
Imitation leather and method for producing same
An imitation leather including a three-dimensional textile supporting material and a PVC-based covering that is applied to one side of the supporting material and includes three successively applied layers. The first layer of which is applied directly to the supporting material without an adhesion-promoting glue layer, the second layer of which is embodied as an intermediate layer and applied directly to the first layer and the third layer of which serves as a top layer and is applied directly to the second layer. This invention also discloses a method for producing such an imitation leather and an interior component of a motor vehicle having a visible surface that is composed of such an imitation leather.
Antislip sheet material with twisted tapes
A sheet of material suitable for roofing or industrial wrapping applications has an anti-skid surface formed by ridges of twisted tapes. The sheet comprises a woven scrim of warp tapes and weft tapes. Some of the tapes are twisted about their longitudinal axis, for example about 25 to 400 revolutions per meter, to form ridges having a height substantially greater than the thickness of the tapes. The ridges impart an anti-skid surface to the sheet. The scrim is bonded to a coating or film to make the sheet waterproof.

Method for manufacturing an imitation leather banded structure with noctilucence
A method for manufacturing an imitation leather banded structure with noctilucence. The method has following steps: (1) providing an object with a surface; (2) coating a primer layer on the surface; (3) coating a shielding layer and a colored layer sequentially on the primer layer via a color printing mode; (4) coating a predetermined pattern on the colored layer; and (5) covering a transparent ink layer, and performing an imitation leather printing via a UV mask.
Synthetic leather article and method for preparing same
A synthetic leather article comprising a top coating derived from an internally emulsified PUD, a barrier layer derived from an externally emulsified PUD and a 2K non-solvent PU foam layer is provided. The leather article exhibits high delamination resistance while retaining superior mechanical properties and appearance comparable with those derived from the organic solvent-based PU. A method for preparing the synthetic leather article is also provided.
Light emitting device and interior cladding or cladding element with a light emitting device
A light emitting device includes a radiation source for the emission of electromagnetic radiation and a converter element on which the electromagnetic radiation impinges in a first surface region and which, excited by the impinged electromagnetic radiation, emits visible light into an environment in a second surface region which differs at least partially from the first surface region. The wavelength of the light emitted into the environment differs from the wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation impinged on the converter element. The converter element includes a luminous element including a textile with a converter material. The converter material due to excitation by the electromagnetic radiation with a first wavelength emits visible light with a second wavelength differing from the first wavelength. The radiation source realizes a background illumination for the converter element. The first surface region is formed by a side surface or a back surface of the converter element.
