Chemo mobile cart system
A chemo mobile cart system for connecting a child transport vehicle to a mobile IV post assembly includes a quick-connect linkage having a platform and a quick-connect arm connectable to the mobile IV post assembly. The platform is releasably connected to the child transport vehicle, and a battery is disposed on the platform together with an inverter electrically connected to the battery. An electrical generator is electrically connected to the battery and disposed on or adjacent to the platform. The electrical generator is mechanically connected to the child transport vehicle and electrically connected to the battery to recharge the battery as the child transport vehicle moves across a support surface.
Incubator for the transport of high-risk infants
A transport incubator includes a support structure having a base provided with at least one first guide, and a housing structure coupled with the supporting structure. The housing structure includes a first portion having at least one first side panel slidably coupled with the first guide of the base, and a second portion laterally delimited by at least one first side wall, on which the at least one first side panel of the first portion slides.
CART ADAPTED FOR CONNECTION TO A WHEELCHAIR
A cart for connecting or attaching to a wheelchair is provided to assist a wheelchair user to more easily collect and move items, such as groceries. In certain embodiments the cart is further defined as a shopping cart.
Cart adapted for connection to a wheelchair
A cart for connecting or attaching to a wheelchair is provided to assist a wheelchair user to more easily collect and move items, such as groceries. In certain embodiments the cart is further defined as a shopping cart.
Devices and methods for a neonate incubator, capsule and cart
Systems and method for positioning a neonate within an imaging device are provided. A capsule incubator, a cart, and a docking incubator are used to move a baby between an imaging device and a incubator, such that a baby can be imagined without having to move the baby from its environment.
INTERFACING WHEELCHAIRS WITH WHEELED APPARATUSES
Devices described in this disclosure can interconnect a wheelchair with another wheeled apparatus. For example, this document describes interfacing devices that releasably receive the front wheels of a wheelchair and the rear wheels of another wheeled apparatus in such a way that a user of the wheelchair can conveniently maneuver the wheeled apparatus in conjunction with the operation of the wheelchair.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
A medical equipment mounting device, for example a patch unit holder, is provided for holding medical equipment on a fixed structure. The mounting device includes a housing, a knob, and a locking ledge. The housing has an opening to receive and mount to a fixed structure. The knob has a ramp for defining a height of the locking ledge and functions as a push-button to cause the locking ledge to engage or release the fixed structure. The ramp of the knob is shaped to provide multiple discrete heights for the locking ledge. This configuration allows for the mounting device to be universal in mounting to various fixed structures, particularly various bedrail sizes.
MEDICAL IMAGING APPARATUS
A medical imaging apparatus for computer tomography, includes a first housing frame; a scanning section, movably disposed in an axial direction with respect to the first housing frame; and driving device(s). The scanning section includes an essentially toroidal scanning section housing including at least one uncovered axial surface, and a radiation source and a radiation detector, rotatably disposed inside of the essentially toroidal scanning section housing. The driving device(s) are configured to move the scanning section along an axial direction with respect to the first housing frame to perform a telescopic motion of the radiation source and radiation detector, during an operation of the medical imaging apparatus. The at least one uncovered axial surface of the essentially toroidal scanning section housing is movable along the axial direction.
Accessory Support And Coupling Systems For An Accessory Support
The present disclosure provides a coupling system for coupling a medical accessory to an accessory support is provided. The present disclosure also provides a system for powering a medical accessory with an accessory support.
Patient transfer system
The embodiments herein provide a patient transfer system for transferring a patient form one surface to another with a single attendant/caretaker. The system comprises a main base with wheels, a column actuator for height adjustment and a patient resting surface. The patient resting surface comprises two surfaces made of a mattress and a sheet. During transfer of patient from one surface to another, the system is attached/locked to a firm surface like floor, wall or ceiling using mechanical attachment devices for providing stability. The sheet when pulled lengthwise is transformed into an almost hard surface. A frame with sheet carrying patient is moved horizontally or vertically for transferring the patient. The sheet is made out of radiolucent material to avoid any effects due to radiations during X-ray, CT scans, MRI etc. The system is also convertible into a wheelchair using actuators when needed.
