METHOD FOR PREPARING LAMINATED PRECURSOR ROLLS

Laminate precursors are prepared by applying an aqueous foamed opacifying composition to a non-woven fabric, drying, optionally applying an anti-blocking material to the dried aqueous foamed opacifying composition, and densifying the dry foamed opacifying layer so that it will have a thickness that is at least 20% less than its thickness before densifying. Each laminate precursor is rolled up for immediate or later use to make laminate decorative articles when the unrolled laminate precursor is laminated with back side of a decorative fabric. The applied aqueous foamed opacifying composition has 35%-70% solids and a foam density of 0.1-0.5 g/cm.sup.3. It is composed of (a) porous particles, (b) a binder material, (c) two or more additives comprising at least one foaming surfactant and at least one foam stabilizer, (d) an aqueous medium, and (e) an opacifying colorant that absorbs electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength of 380-800 nm.

Woven Fabric

A comfortable fabric with a strong three-dimensional effect is woven from warps and wefts. The warps and the wefts are woven into a 1/1 pattern, wherein the warp density is 11 threads/cm and the weft density is 10 threads/cm. The warps and the wefts each include a cationic dyeable polyester hollow yarn that comprises two different polyester yarns which can be dyed with two different colors. The warps and wefts comprise big-belly yarns and the cationic dyeable polyester hollow yarns. The resulting fabric has protruding patterns, a strong three-dimensional effect, good air permeability, a rough fee to the touch, and a unique aesthetic appearance.

A WEFT-KNITTED SPACER FABRIC AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, USE OF THE FABRIC FOR THE PREPARATION OF A COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND A COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPRISING THE SAME

Described herein is a weft-knitted spacer fabric and a preparation method thereof, a polyurethane foam composite material comprising including the fabric, a preparation method of the composite material and its use in shoe materials. The weft-knitted spacer fabric consists of an upper surface layer, intermediate spacer yarns, and a lower surface layer, and the upper surface and the lower surface layer are connected by the tuck of the spacer yarns in the upper surface and the lower surface layer to form a three-dimensional structure in an integrated manner. The different selected tuck needle changes the connecting distance and the number of connections of the tuck, and the thickness of the spacer fabric and the arrangement density of the spacer yarns are changed by the action of the upper and lower surface layers of elastic yarns.

Method for manufacturing synthetic leather

The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing synthetic leather in which, after obtaining a thickened liquid by adding a thickening agent (B) with an oxyethylene group content of 2×10.sup.−2 mol/g or less to an aqueous urethane resin composition containing an aqueous urethane resin (A) having an acid value of 0.01 mgKOH/g or higher in a range of 0.01 to 30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the aqueous urethane resin (A), the thickened liquid is coated on a base and coagulated with a coagulating agent (C) containing a metal salt (c-1). As the thickening agent, it is preferable to use one or more kinds of thickening agent that is selected from the group consisting of a cellulose thickening agent, an acryl thickening agent, and a urethane thickening agent. Furthermore, as the metal salt (c-1), calcium nitrate is preferable.

INTERIOR MATERIAL OF VEHICLE
