TEXTILE SEAL WITH SILICONE LAYER
A patient interface comprises a cushion assembly including a textile membrane. The textile membrane includes an air impermeable silicone layer applied to a textile material. The textile material comprises 1) nylon and/or polyester, and 2) elastane. A yarn count of the nylon and/or polyester is in a range of 20-80 denier, and the textile material has stretchability in both a direction of the wales and a direction of the course.
Flame-resistant airbag, method of manufacturing flame-resistant airbag, and addition-curable liquid silicone rubber composition for flame-resistant airbags
Provided is a flame-resistant airbag having a low rate of combustion. The flame-resistant airbag is obtained by forming, on a cloth substrate, a cured film of a composition containing: (A) 100 parts by mass of a liquid organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom; (B) 5 to 100 parts by mass of a three-dimensional network-structured organopolysiloxane resin in which 0.05 to 0.15 mol/100 g alkenyl groups are bonded only to D units, the ratio of M units to T and/or Q units is 0.65 to 1.40, and hydroxyl group content is 0.040 mol/100 g or less; (C) 0.1 to 50 parts by mass micropulverized silica having a specific surface area of at least 50 m.sup.2/g; (D) an organohydrogen polysiloxane comprising a hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom, in an amount such that the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in component (D) is 1 to 10 per total 1 alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom in components (A) and (B); (E) an effective amount of a platinum group metal catalyst; and (F) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of an organic silicon compound. The composition is applied in an amount of 5 to 150 g/m.sup.2.
COLORED RESIN SHEET AND LEATHER-LIKE SHEET
A colored resin sheet includes a resin and a colorant dispersed in the resin, and has an average value of visible light transmittances for a red range of a wavelength of 680 to 780 nm, of 50% or more. The colored resin sheet has a combination of a lightness L* value and an average value of light transmittances for an entire visible light range of a wavelength of 380 to 780 nm, respectively, of: a) 15 or less, and 15% or more; b) greater than 15 and less than or equal to 35, and 25% or more; or c) greater than 35 and less than or equal to 60, and 40% or more. A leather-like sheet includes a colored resin layer and a surface having a lightness L* value of 40 or less, and has an average value of visible light transmittances for the red range, of 5% or more.
Aqueous emulsion including interpenetrating network of silicon resin and organic polymers
An aqueous emulsion comprising an aqueous continuous phase and a discontinuous oil phase comprising particles having an interpenetrating network (IPN) comprising: i) an MQ resin, ii) a polyorganosiloxane and iii) an organic polymer.
FAUX-LEATHER BIOMATERIAL
A faux leather biomaterial is disclosed. It may be made from shell seafood waste and coffee grounds with the aim to work as a sustainable alternative instead of prior art faux and animal leathers.
ELECTRODE AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE ELECTRODE AND DEVICES THEREOF
An electrode, process for preparing the electrode and devices thereof. An electrode comprising at least one metal deposited on a substrate; and at least one electrically conducting polymer. The devices comprising the electrode for energy storage and molecular separation.
NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR ORAL POUCHED PRODUCT, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING A NONWOVEN FABRIC
A nonwoven fabric for manufacturing an oral pouched product, where the nonwoven fabric is chewable to increase its liquid permeability. When the nonwoven fabric is used to form a pouch, it may thus control the release of substances from within the pouch. The nonwoven fabric can be formed by applying a diffusion restricting treatment to a base nonwoven fabric. The diffusion restricting treatment may include any of (a) incorporating a digestible compound; (b) incorporating a superabsorbent polymer; (c) incorporating a hydrophobic material; and (d) forming a deformable barrier layer.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN IMITATION LEATHER BANDED STRUCTURE WITH NOCTILUCENCE
A method for manufacturing an imitation leather banded structure with noctilucence. The method has following steps: (1) providing an object with a surface; (2) coating a primer layer on the surface; (3) coating a shielding layer and a colored layer sequentially on the primer layer via a color printing mode; (4) coating a predetermined pattern on the colored layer; and (5) covering a transparent ink layer, and performing an imitation leather printing via a UV mask.
