A film three-dimensional mesh fabric and its manufacturing method is first to prepare a base cloth orderly stuck thereon with a mesh fabric and a hot-melt film to complete a first semi-finished product. Then, the first semi-finished product is heated and compressed to make portions of the hot-melt film, corresponding to the grids of mesh fabric, sagged into the grids and stuck to the base cloth, thus completing a second semi-finished product. lastly, the base cloth is torn off from the second semi-finished product, and a part of the hot-melt film, which is sagged into the grid and stuck to the base cloth, is removed, letting the mesh fabric formed thereon with the hot-melt film, which is formed with plural insert holes at locations corresponding to the grids, thus completing a finished product of a film three-dimensional mesh fabric.
