Molecular origin of allergy
The present invention relates to compositions and methods for modulating or detecting allergy in a subject. The invention may be used to reduce allergenicity of compositions, such as food products, or to stimulate immunogenicity of products, such as vaccines by removal of cationic proteins resulting from transcription infidelity. The invention may be used in any mammal such as human.

SPRAY-DRIED COMPOSITION COMPRISING BETA-GALACTOSIDASE HAVING TRANSGALACTOSYLATING ACTIVITY IN COMBINATION WITH MALTODEXTRIN AND/OR NACL AND APPLICATION OF THE COMPOSITION
A spray-dried composition comprising an enzyme which is a β-galactosidase having transgalactosylating activity and a maltodextrin and/or sodium chloride.
METHODS FOR OBTAINING STERILE MILK AND COMPOSITIONS THEREOF
The disclosure provides a simple and effective methods for sterilization of milk without degradation or loss of biologically active agents in the milk and the products produced by such methods.
A NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION FOR USE TO ENHANCE EXECUTIVE FUNCTION
Use of a human milk oligosaccharide, or a nutritional composition comprising a human milk oligosaccharide, to enhance executive function in a subject.
Methods of using human milk oligosaccharides for improving airway respiratory health
Disclosed are nutritional compositions including human milk oligosaccharides that can be administered to preterm infants, term infants, toddlers, and children for improving airway defense mechanisms.
MILK PRODUCT COMPOSITIONS
Disclosed herein are milk compositions that comprise protein, lipid, and oligosaccharide components at concentrations that mimic and/or are substantially similar to human breast milk as produced by a lactating female. The milk compositions include one or more milk components produced in vitro and/or ex vivo from cultured mammary cells.
Human milk products useful in pre- and post-operative care
The present disclosure relates to human milk compositions and methods of making and using the same. In particular, the disclosure features methods of using human milk compositions to feed subjects before and/or after surgery or medical operations and that are useful in promoting recovery.
PRODUCTS OF MANUFACTURE COMPRISING BACTERIOPHAGES
Provided are compositions and methods for treating, ameliorating and preventing various infections, disorders and conditions in mammals, including genetically-predisposed and chronic disorders, where a microbial or bacterial flora is at least one causative or symptom-producing factor, where exemplary compositions are products of manufacture, a food, a drink, a nutraceutical, a dietary supplement, a formulation, a pharmaceutical or a pharmaceutical preparation comprising at least one or several of: a plurality of isolated, or substantially purified bacteriophages or prophages, or bacteriophage subunits, a milk, a milk product, milk lipid, milk fat globule (MFG) macromolecule, a milk mucin, a milk glycolipid, a milk free glycan, a milk mucin-like glycoprotein, a milk protein, a milk sugar or lactose, a milk fat or butterfat, a milk vitamin. In alternative embodiment, provided are compositions and methods for treating, preventing or ameliorating an infection, for example, an infection in the gastrointestinal tract, or bowel.
BOVINE MILK EXOSOME PRODUCTS AND METHODS, NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITIONS, AND THERAPEUTIC METHODS
A method of obtaining an exosome-enriched product comprises providing a whey-containing bovine milk fraction, conducting a first centrifugation of the whey-containing bovine milk fraction to obtain a whey middle fraction, conducting a second centrifugation of the whey middle fraction at an increased speed to obtain a concentrated whey fraction, filtering the concentrated whey fraction to obtain a filtered whey fraction, and conducting a third centrifugation of the filtered whey fraction at a further increased speed to obtain an exosome-enriched product. The exosome-enriched product comprises intact exosomes and less than 5 wt % casein based on the total weight of protein in the exosome-enriched product. Nutritional compositions comprise protein, carbohydrate, and/or fat, and exosomes provided by addition of the exosome-enriched product. A method of improving insulin sensitivity in a subject comprises administering a nutritional composition comprising the exosome-enriched product.
