NONWOVEN MATERIAL WITH IMPROVED MD/CD RATIO, METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE AND ITS USE

Provided is a nonwoven material as base interlining in sarking, roofing, or coated sealing membrane with an improved isotropy of the material. The nonwoven material comprises a spunbond nonwoven of polyester filaments. The nonwoven has a tensile strength ratio of the specific tensile strength MD to the specific tensile strength CD between 1 and 1.5. The nonwoven material for bituminous roofing membranes has a preferential thermal dimensional stability (TDS), as well as a preferential thermal shrinkage behaviour. Further, a method is provided to manufacture a nonwoven material with an improved mechanical homogeneity. In addition, a bituminous roofing product comprising a nonwoven material according to the invention is provided. The bituminous roofing product is preferably a bituminous roofing membrane.

Waterborne polyurethane dispersion and method for preparing the same

A waterborne polyurethane dispersion is provided. The waterborne polyurethane dispersion is prepared by using a tri-functionality polyether polyol as part of the polyols for forming the prepolymer and a hydrophilic amino siloxane co-chain extender, and can exhibit superior performance properties such as enhanced color fastness, improved low temperature stability, good anti-stickiness, bally flex resistance, anti-abrasion and mechanical properties. A laminated synthetic leather article prepared with said waterborne polyurethane dispersion as well the method for preparing the synthetic leather article are also provided.

A waterborne polyurethane dispersion for the polyurethane foam of synthetic leather application, derived from (1) a prepolymer derived from the reaction of reactants comprising at least one aromatic isocyanate compound, an ethylene oxide-capped polyether triol, at least one polyether diol, and at least one polyester diol; (2) water; and (3) surfactant, is disclosed. The waterborne polyurethane dispersion can be used to prepare a synthetic leather product having superior wrinkle resistance, hand-feeling and peel strength. A synthetic leather article prepared with said waterborne polyurethane dispersion is also disclosed.

The artificial bio-nutritional fiber layer includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface and a plurality of holes, in which the plurality of holes extends from the first surface to the second surface. The mycelium layer encapsulates the first surface and the second surface of the artificial bio-nutritional fiber layer, and extends from the first surface to the second surface through the plurality of holes. A manufacture method of an artificial leather is further provided in some embodiments of the present disclosure.
