KIND OF MULTI-LAYER ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AN AUTOMOTIVE SEAT AND AN AUTOMOBILE
A preparation method for artificial leather, includes applying a weaving process. The weaving includes adopting at least two groups of warp or weft yarns, and weaving each group of yarns into a monolayer structure to form at least two monolayer structures. Each of the monolayer structures is woven with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in another layer to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other by the weaving process, thereby forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The method includes bonding the base fabric and a resin layer together to form an artificial leather; and punching holes multiple air vent holes in the leather distributed in the resin layer and base fabric in the thickness direction.
ADHESIVE TAPE AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING SAME
The invention relates to a device for producing an adhesive tape (2), comprising a supply unit (5) for supplying a strip-type textile carrier (3) of the adhesive tape (2), and a coating unit (6) for applying an at least lamellar adhesive coating (4) to at least one side of the carrier (3). The invention also relates to an ultrasound unit (9 and 10) and/or a laser unit for producing perforations and/or cut edges in the carrier (3).
Laminated sheet and method of manufacturing the same
A laminated sheet includes a base cloth layer having a porous structure obtained by impregnating a woven fabric, which has a tear strength by a trapezoid method of 150 N or more in the longitudinal direction and 100 N or more in the lateral direction, with a resin composition containing a polyurethane resin and an organic flame retardant, and a skin layer layered on the base cloth layer, and has plural air holes penetrating in the thickness direction.
ARTIFICIAL TURF PRODUCTION USING A NUCLEATING AGENT
A method of manufacturing artificial turf includes the steps of: creating a polymer mixture including at least one polymer and a nucleating agent for crystallizing the at least one polymer, extruding the polymer mixture into a monofilament; quenching the monofilament; reheating the monofilament; stretching the reheated monofilament to form the monofilament into an artificial turf fiber, wherein during the stretching the nucleating agent boosts the creation of crystalline portions of the polymer within the monofilament; incorporating the artificial turf fiber into an artificial turf backing, thereby mechanically fixing the monofilaments of the arranged artificial turf fibers in the artificial turf backing.
Method for producing an artificial turf
The invention relates to method for producing an artificial turf, comprising the following steps: providing a carrier material having a top and a bottom, providing a plurality of fibres, wherein each fibre comprises two ends extending from the top of the carrier material and comprising a connected region arranged in a loop-like manner at the bottom of the carrier material; feeding the carrier material with the fibres to a heated rotating calender roller; guiding the carrier material with the fibres over at least one sub-region of the surface of the heated rotating calender roller, wherein the connected regions of the fibres and the bottom of the carrier material face the calender roller; during the guiding of the carrier material with the fibres over the at least one sub-region of the surface of the heated rotating calender roller: transferring heat from the heated rotating calender roller to the carrier material with the fibres, and fusing the connected regions of the fibres with the bottom of the carrier material to the artificial turf, and removing and cooling the artificial turf. The invention further relates to an artificial turf comprising: a carrier material having a top and a bottom; a plurality of fibres, wherein each fibre comprises two ends extending from the top of the carrier material and comprising a connected region arranged in a loop-like manner at the bottom of the carrier material, wherein the carrier material is fused at the bottom to the connected regions of the fibres.
Fabric with flow restricting core
A stitched fabric including a barrier layer; a yarn stitched through and forming stitch holes in the barrier layer, and a coating. A melted portion of the barrier layer fills a portion of the stitch holes. The coating occupies interstitial spaces between individual strands of the yarn to prevent a liquid from passing from one side of the stitched fabric to another side of the stitched fabric via the yarn.
