Artificial leather, entangled web of filaments, and process for producing these
An artificial leather including a base layer and a surface layer which is formed on one of surfaces of the base layer. The base layer includes bundles of microfine filaments and an elastic polymer. The surface layer includes the microfine filaments or includes the microfine filaments and the elastic polymer. The surface layer satisfies the relationship of X/Y1.5 wherein X is the number of cut ends of the microfine filaments which exist in a region from a surface to a 20 m depth in a cross section of the artificial leather, Y is the number of cut ends of the microfine filaments which exist in a region from a surface to a 20 m depth in a cross section perpendicular to the cross section for determining X, and X>Y. The artificial leather having such surface layer exhibits a sufficient gloss without coating a pigment such as metallic powder.
Low chromatic aberration polyester different-shrinkage composite yarn
A low chromatic aberration polyester different-shrinkage composite yarn is made of polyester POY yarn and polyester FDY composite yarn. The polyester POY yarn and polyester FDY yarn is obtained by spinning the polyester solution, the rupture strength of the low color polyester different-shrinkage composite yarn is 1.9 cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 30.05.0%, the crimp shrinkage is 2.503.0%, the network degree is 205/m, the color difference E is less than 0.200. In the invention, the magnesium ethylene glycol is relatively mild, the thermal degradation coefficient is small, the oligomers in the polymerization process is reduced, and the oligomers in the dissolution process are further reduced, so that the appearance of stains and streaks reduces during the dyeing and post-processing heat setting of the polyester fiber, which ensures the fiber's leveling and rubbing fastness.
PAPERLESS TRANSFER PRINTING METHOD
A paperless transfer printing method includes the following steps: (a) printing, by a printing machine, aqueous ink onto a transfer printing temporary carrier in a set pattern, wherein a surface of the transfer printing temporary carrier is made of an elastic polymer material and a surface tension of the aqueous ink is less than the critical surface tension of the transfer printing temporary carrier; (b) drying the to-be-transferred pattern on the transfer printing temporary carrier; (c) wetting the transfer printing temporary carrier by using an aqueous surface tension increasing liquid; and (d) separating the aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion liquid from the transfer printing temporary carrier at a tight-contact position between the transfer printing temporary carrier and the fabric, so that an aqueous ink dye is transferred onto the fiber of the fabric.

Disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing, which comprises, by weight, 10%-40% of disperse dye filter cakes, 2%-35% of a dispersant, 5%-20% of a dyeing auxiliary, 0.1-0.5% of a surfactant, and 20%-88% of a solvent. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention has a small particle size; and after waterless dyeing, a textile does not contain cleavable carcinogenic aromatic amine azo dyes, allergenic dyes, forbidden aromatic amine or bioactive substances. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention can be stably stored for 6-12 months which is beneficial to the transportation of dyes and the production management of dyeing factories. Moreover, a dyeing effect featuring a high fixation rate is realized after the disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing is applied to textiles.
