POLYESTER COTTON-LIKE YARN-DYED FABRIC, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Disclosed are a polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric, and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric is interwoven by warp and weft, the warp adopts dyed polyester as a covering layer and low-temperature spandex as a core-spun yarn of a core yarn, a weight ratio of the polyester to the low-temperature spandex is 4-49:1, and the polyester is subjected to alkali deweighting treatment to form an eroded surface. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric has good cotton feeling, high elasticity, high color fastness and low ironing shrinkage rate, and is suitable for making high-quality clothing, especially shirts. The manufacturing method of the yarn-dyed fabric is energy-saving and emission-reducing, and can manufacture a novel polyester yarn-dyed fabric with low ironing shrinkage rate, high color fastness and cotton-like hand feeling. Use of the yarn-dyed fabric for making clothing such as shirts increases the selectivity and functionality.
Disperse Dye Color Paste for Waterless Dyeing, and Preparation Method and Application Thereof
The invention provides a disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing, which comprises, by weight, 10%-40% of disperse dye filter cakes, 2%-35% of a dispersant, 5%-20% of a dyeing auxiliary, 0.1-0.5% of a surfactant, and 20%-88% of a solvent. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention has a small particle size; and after waterless dyeing, a textile does not contain cleavable carcinogenic aromatic amine azo dyes, allergenic dyes, forbidden aromatic amine or bioactive substances. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention can be stably stored for 6-12 months which is beneficial to the transportation of dyes and the production management of dyeing factories. Moreover, a dyeing effect featuring a high fixation rate is realized after the disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing is applied to textiles.

DYED FABRIC, FIBER PRODUCT IN WHICH SAME IS USED, AND METHOD FOR DYEING FABRIC
An object of the present invention is to provide a dyed fabric and a textile product made thereof, as well as a dyeing method, which achieve color uniformity of a meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber, a para-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber and a polyester fiber, even in the case of a fabric containing a meta-type- and para-type-wholly aromatic polyamide fibers and a polyester fiber which are difficult to dye. The present invention relates to a dyed fabric dyed after being shaped into a fabric, characterized in that the fabric includes a meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber, a para-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber and a polyester fiber and the fabric is a fabric dyed with a cationic dyestuff and a disperse dyestuff, and in that the afterflame time and afterglow time defined in JISL1091A-1 are 1 second or less.
Colorant mixtures
The present invention relates to a colorant mixture comprising (A) at least one blue- or black-dyeing disperse dye of formula ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1 denotes hydrogen or halogen, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each independently of the other hydrogen; C.sub.1-C.sub.8-alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, cyano, C.sub.1-C.sub.4alkoxy or halogen; —(CH.sub.2).sub.n—O—(CH.sub.2).sub.mR.sub.4, wherein R.sub.4 denotes hydrogen or C.sub.1-C.sub.8-alkyl, n is a number from 2 to 6 and m is a number from 0 to 6; C.sub.5-C.sub.24aryl which is unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, carboxy, cyano, C.sub.1-C.sub.8alkyl, C.sub.1-C.sub.4alkoxy or halogen; or C.sub.6-C.sub.30aralkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, cyano, C.sub.1-C.sub.4alkyl, C.sub.1-C.sub.8alkoxy groups or halogen; and (B) at least one yellow-, orange- or red-dyeing disperse dye, solvent dye, vat dye or pigment; and to the use thereof in dyeing or printing cellulose or cellulose blend fibre materials.
ELASTIC FUNCTIONAL TEXTILE FABRIC AND DYEING AND FINISHING METHOD THEREOF
This invention relates to an elastic functional textile fabric and dyeing and finishing method thereof. The fabric provided mainly comprises at least one elastic yarn. An ironing machine is used to process the fabric to maintain warp-wise smoothness and flatness. After ironing, a sanforizing machine is used to sanforize the fabric, and then the fabric undergoes a scutching procedure. Then, a setting machine is used to preset the scutched fabric, the fabric undergoes a dyeing procedure to form an elastic fabric. Then, the elastic fabric undergoes a second scutching procedure and a second setting procedure to form the finished product as the elastic functional textile fabric according to this invention. Through the production method disclosed above, problematic situations like insufficient weft weight, unsmooth fabric surface, pitting surface, uneven dyeing, side shading, poor fastness, chromatic aberration, dyelot chromatism, insufficient elasticity, as well as spray burns, etc can be dramatically reduced.
