COMPRESSION KNIT PART, COMPRESSION GARMENT, DYEING METHOD FOR COMPRESSION KNIT PART, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR DYED COMPRESSION GARMENT
A compression knit part composed of a compression knit including a first ground thread and a second ground thread, wherein the first ground thread is composed at least at its surface of a manufactured polyamide fiber that accepts a first dye but not a second dye, and the second ground thread is composed at least at its surface of a manufactured polyester fiber which accepts the second dye but not the first, and a weft thread configured as compression thread.
LIGHTWEIGHT, ARC-RATED, DYEABLE FABRICS
Lightweight, dyeable fabrics with a balance of high thermal properties, especially arc resistance, on the one hand, and durability and comfort properties, on the other hand, are disclosed. Articles, such as garments and linen, made from the lightweight dyeable fabrics are also disclosed. The fabrics are particularly useful in garments for utility workers, industrial workers, military personnel, and firefighters, especially for use in environments requiring high visibility.
ONE STEP DYEING PROCESS OF A POLYESTER/NATURAL FIBER BLENDED FABRIC
The current invention provides methods provides a novel process to dye polyester/natural fiber blends in an all in one step dyeing process. This all in one step dyeing process is enabled by pre-treatment of the fabric using one or more synthetic cationizing agents. The all in one dyeing is then able to be carried out at a lower temperature and a neutral pH, using a combination of disperse and reactive dyes.
Energy-absorbing textile material
A textile material exhibiting enhanced energy absorption (e.g., enhanced near-infrared energy absorption) and, optionally, flame resistance. The textile material comprises a textile substrate and a finish disposed on at least one surface of the textile substrate. The finish comprises a binder and an energy-absorbing agent. A method for protecting an individual from infrared radiation that can be generated during an arc flash comprises the step of positioning a textile material between an individual and an apparatus capable of producing an arc flash.
POLYESTER COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED DYEING PROPERTIES
A copolymer composition is disclosed with advantages for textile fibers, yarns, blended yarns, fabrics, and garments. The composition includes polyester copolymer, between about 4.5 and 5.5 percent adipic acid based on the amount of copolymer, between about 630 and 770 parts per million (ppm) of pentaerythritol based on the amount of copolymer, and between about 3.4 and 4.2 percent polyethylene glycol based on the amount of copolymer.

Printing of fiber blends, woven and non-woven or knit fabric
The present invention relates to a composition for printing a fiber blend, yarn, woven or non-woven or knit fabric comprising or consisting of at least acrylic, aramid, and optionally wool, a process for producing the composition, use of the composition, a process for printing said fiber blend, yarn, woven or non-woven or knit fabric, as well as to the printed fiber blend, yarn, woven or non-woven or knit fabric and the use thereof to manufacture goods like cloths therefore.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CARPETS WITH AN ANTIQUE APPEARANCE USING AN AUTOMATED CARPET LOOM
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing carpets with an antique appearance using an automated weaving machine. The system integrates advanced control of warp tension, specialized pile yarn, and a unique reed and lancet assembly to replicate the randomized wear patterns, variable pile heights, and textural intricacies characteristic of aged carpets. A blend of synthetic and natural fibers undergoes a proprietary crimping, spinning, and two-stage dyeing process, producing multicolored yarn with pseudo-random shrinkage properties. Warp threads are precisely positioned using weighted beams and tiered lancets, enabling the creation of areas with zero and non-zero pile heights, separated by gradual transition zones. The resulting carpets exhibit high aesthetic authenticity and structural durability. A chi-squared statistical process ensures the randomness of worn patterns, optimizing the antique effect. The invention provides a scalable and efficient solution for producing affordable carpets that closely mimic the look and feel of genuine antiques.
Image forming method and ink set
An image forming method includes: applying an ink containing a pigment and resin particles onto a fabric by an inkjet method; and applying a post-treatment liquid containing a lubricant onto the ink applied to the fabric in a wet-on-wet manner, wherein when a solubility parameter of a resin constituting the resin particles is represented by SP.sub.1 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2 and a solubility parameter of the lubricant is represented by SP.sub.2 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2, 0.3SP.sub.1SP.sub.20.8 is satisfied.
