White Ink Jet Ink Composition And Ink Jet Recording Method
A white ink jet ink composition according to the present disclosure includes hollow resin particles, resin particles, and water. The hollow resin particles have a glass transition temperature of 120° C. or more, the resin particles are composed of an acrylic resin or a urethane resin, and the content of the resin particles is 5% by mass or more relative to the total mass of the ink composition.
Low-friction images by inkjet printing
Provided are compositions and processes formulated and practiced to reduce the friction-coefficient of the printed area and also of the non-printed areas around the image, wherein the compositions are formulated for use by wet-on-wet techniques in-line of the pre-curing printing process, without pretreating the fabric for softness and smoothness prior to the printing process. The compositions comprise at least 15% by weight of a friction-coefficient reduction agent and having a pH lower than 6.5 so as to effect upon contact immobilization of an ink composition that is being digitally applied on the substrate.
PAD-DRY CATIONIZATION OF TEXTILES
Described are methods and systems for cationizing and dyeing a natural fiber-containing textile, which uses a mono- or di-quaternized cationizing agent. The method includes a step of heating the textile to a temperature in the range of 90° C. to less than 110° C. for a period of time in the range of 1 min to 10 min to react the cationizing agent with the textile. The cationization step in the presence of heat using the halogenated cationization agent of the invention facilitates improved dyeing.
WHITE INKJET INK
An example of a white inkjet ink includes a non-self-dispersed white pigment; an anionic cellulose; a polymeric binder; and an aqueous vehicle. The anionic cellulose is present in an amount ranging from about 0.01 wt% to about 5 wt% based on a total weight of the white inkjet ink. The white inkjet ink may be used in a textile printing kit.
INKJET INK FOR TEXTILE PRINTING
An inkjet ink composition for textile printing comprising a white pigment, a pigment dispersant, a polyurethane-based binder, a nano-sized layered silicate and an aqueous liquid vehicle. Also described herein is a fluid set comprising said ink and a fixer composition including a cationic polymer and a fixer vehicle; as well as the textile printing method using it.
TEXTILE PRINTING WITH SILICONE PRETREAT COMPOSITIONS
The present disclosure describes fluid sets for printing, methods of textile printing, and textile printing systems. In one example, a fluid set for printing can include a pretreat composition, a fixer composition, and a white ink composition. The pretreat composition can include water and an emulsion of a silicone polymer having amino groups. The fixer composition can include a liquid vehicle and a cationic polymer. The white ink composition can include a liquid vehicle, a white pigment dispersion, and a polymeric binder.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED TEXTILE ITEM
A method for producing a printed textile item, the method including applying a treatment liquid containing an aggregating agent to a fabric using an inkjet method, applying a white ink having a charge density of at least 30 μeq/g, using a step of using an inkjet method and a wet-on-wet method, to the fabric to which the treatment liquid has been applied, applying a color ink for which the Young's modulus of the dried coating film is not more than 3.0 MPa, using an inkjet method and a wet-on-wet method, to the fabric to which the white ink has been applied.
METHOD OF PRETREATMENT OF CELLULOSE CONTAINING TEXTILES
A method for pretreatment of cellulose-containing textiles characterized by applying an aqueous solution with a pH between 1 and 7 and containing at least one agent for durably changing the surface morphology of the cellulose, preferably a neutral salt.
PRINTING METHOD, PRINTING DEVICE, PRINTED MATTER, AND SET OF PROCESSING FLUID AND INK
A printing method contains applying a processing fluid to a fabric and applying an ink to the fabric to which the processing fluid has been applied, wherein the ink contains a pigment, a resin having a cross-linkable functional group, a pH regulator, and at least one member selected from a block isocyanate compound, a carbodiimide compound, and a polymer having an oxazoline group.
IMAGE FORMING METHOD
An image forming method includes: preparing a fabric to which an aggregating agent is attached; applying an aqueous ink containing a pigment, a first resin, and water onto the fabric to which the aggregating agent is attached; and applying a coating liquid containing a second resin and water onto the applied aqueous ink, wherein the second resin is aggregated by the aggregating agent, a content of the second resin in the coating liquid is smaller than a content of the first resin in the aqueous ink, and an amount of the coating liquid attached to the fabric is larger than an amount of the aqueous ink attached to the fabric.
