LIQUID CREAMER
The present invention relates to creamers for food products such as coffee and tea. In particular, the invention relates to a liquid creamer comprising casein based protein, pea protein, gellan gum, bicarbonate, citrate and oil. Further aspects of the invention are a beverage comprising a liquid creamer and a process for preparing a liquid creamer.
ISOFLAVONE-SUPPLEMENTED MILK REPLACERS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF FEEDING SAME TO YOUNG ANIMALS
Isoflavone-supplemented milk replacers fed to young animals during a pre-weaning provides isoflavones in the milk replacer at a level of about 700 mg per kilogram of the milk replacer, and/or provides about 450 mg of the supplemental isoflavone in at least about 1.5 pounds of the milk replacer by dry weight such that the animal ingests this amount of the isoflavone per day, and/or provides in the milk replacer at least about 50 mg of isoflavone per pound of the animal’s birth weight is ingested per day. In response to ingesting the isoflavone-supplemented milk replacer, the young animal experiences improved performance.

METHOD OF PREPARING A READY-TO-CONSUME FOOD PRODUCT
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a ready-to-consume food product. The ready-to-consume food product can be a ready-to-consume beverage, or the ready-to-consume food product can be used as a food supplement that can be incorporated, or used in the preparation of, a food item. The ready-to-consume food product provides the taste of and mouthfeel of a high fat ready-to-consume food product but has a lower fat content, so that the consumer has an increased perception of a creamy taste and texture of the food product.

The present invention relates to cocoa and/or malt beverage products comprising isomaltooligosaccharides and methods of producing such products. SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCT
An apparatus and system for dispensing a food and beverage product where a flowable product is extracted from a flexible pouch, and where a nozzle region exists through which the flowable product evacuates the flexible pouch. The nozzle region has a lock seal that locks the flowable product within the flexible pouch when a pressure less than a first threshold value is applied to the flexible pouch. There is also a frangible seal located above the nozzle region that is configured to lock the flowable product within the flexible pouch when pressure less than a second threshold value is applied to the flexible pouch and when the first threshold value is larger than the second threshold value.
