STRANDING MACHINE
A stranding machine is provided for producing a cord from a plurality of wires, preferably metal wires. The stranding machine has a stranding device for stranding the wires, including at least one rotatably mounted deflecting roller for deflecting the cord and at least one guide device for guiding the cord. The guide device is arranged in such a way that the cord can be guided on a straight line from the guide device to the deflecting roller in such a way that the cord is pressed against a first flank of the deflecting roller. As the cord is deflected by the deflecting roller, the cord moves from the first flank into the roller base of the deflecting roller.
STRANDING MACHINE
A stranding machine is provided for producing a cord from a plurality of wires, preferably metal wires. The stranding machine has a stranding device for stranding the wires, including at least one rotatably mounted deflecting roller for deflecting the cord and at least one guide device for guiding the cord. The guide device is arranged in such a way that the cord can be guided on a straight line from the guide device to the deflecting roller in such a way that the cord is pressed against a first flank of the deflecting roller. PULL WIRE WITH COATED FIBERS
A method is provided for making a fiber wire having a fiber bundle core and a polymer jacket. The method includes rotating a spool of fiber bundle about a first rotational axis to progressively unwind the fiber bundle from the spool. The fiber bundle includes a plurality of continuous synthetic fiber filaments. While the spool is rotated about the first rotational axis, the spool is simultaneously rotated about a second rotational axis to thereby twist the unwound fiber bundle about its longitudinal axis. The method further includes coating the twisted fiber bundle with a molten polymer, and permitting the molten polymer to cool to define a flexible outer jacket that encapsulates the twisted fiber bundle.
STRANDED CONDUCTOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STRANDED CONDUCTOR
According to embodiments of the present invention, a stranded conductor is formed in which the occurrence of defects, such as strand unevenness of filaments and outward protrusion of filaments, is inhibited. According to embodiments of the present invention, a stranded conductor (1a) includes soft filaments (2a) stranded together. The soft filaments (2a) include a soft filament made of an aluminum material, disposed along a center (101), and include six soft filaments, twelve soft filaments, and eighteen soft filaments made of an aluminum material, disposed around and concentrically with the center. The filaments are softened filaments that are softened. A lay length (Pa) is from 6.2 times to 15.7 times a conductor diameter of the stranded conductor.

SYSTEM FOR FABRICATING STRANDED CABLE AND CONTROL THEREFOR
A strander apparatus includes a disk and a plurality of cradles, each of the cradles includes a reel and a cradle shaft, the cradle shaft extending in an axial direction from the disk. Each reel dispenses cable. The strander includes a main shaft, wherein the cradles are disposed on the cradle shafts radially about the main shaft. Planetary gears are disposed between the main shaft and the plurality of cradle shafts. The strander operates in one of a planetary mode and a rigid mode. In the planetary mode, while the main shaft rotates, the planetary gears are engaged to rotate each of the plurality of cradles on the respective cradle shafts. In the rigid mode, the planetary gears are disengaged.

A cable bead comprising an annular core and a side wire spirally wrapped up around the annular core, wherein the annular core is made up of a round steel wire made to circle once or made, without being stranded, to circle 2 to 10 times side by side, and wherein the side wire is a round steel wire consecutive from the annular core. This provides a high-strength cable bead that can press a tire main body against a wheel without fail even if a tire is charged with a high load.

A cable bead comprising an annular core and a side wire spirally wrapped up around the annular core, wherein the annular core is made up of a round steel wire made to circle once or made, without being stranded, to circle 2 to 10 times side by side, and wherein the side wire is a round steel wire consecutive from the annular core. This provides a high-strength cable bead that can press a tire main body against a wheel without fail even if a tire is charged with a high load.
