Encapsulated duct cable with identification tags and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention discloses an encapsulated duct cable with identification tags and a manufacturing method thereof. The logging encapsulated duct cable comprises an encapsulation layer. The cross section of the encapsulation layer is polygonal or arc-shaped. At least one cable protective tube and at least one oil-liquid tube are arranged in the encapsulation layer. A cable is arranged in the cable protective tube. Identification tags with different color identifiers are respectively arranged on one side of the cable protective tube and one side of the oil-liquid tube in one to one correspondence. The manufacturing method of the logging encapsulated duct cable mainly comprises three steps of machining the cable protective tube and paving the cable pavement, machining the oil-liquid tube, and machining the encapsulation layer. The present invention has double functions of conveying the oil and the liquid and transmitting the data.

Rotating movable body for wire rope

A rotating movable body for a wire rope includes a rotating portion through the interior of which a wire rope passes, the wire rope being formed by twisting together eight strands, and rotary plates provided on the rotating portion so as to engage with parts of the outer shape of the wire rope, wherein the rotary plates are arranged at a predetermined interval in the extension direction of the wire rope, and in a state where each of the plurality of strands is in contact with one of the rotary plates, the rotating portion moves in the extension direction of the wire rope and rotates so as to follow the twist of the strands.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING DAMAGE TO MAGNETIC LINEAR BODY

A magnetic detector includes permanent magnets that magnetize a wire rope W in the longitudinal direction, and a search coil that detects a change in the cross sectional area of the wire rope W magnetized by the permanent magnets. The magnetic detector is provided so as to surround a part of the wire rope W. Prior to inspection, the magnetic detector is moved back and forth at least three times across an inspection range of the wire rope W. After the magnetic detector is moved back and forth, the change in the cross sectional area, that is, damage to the wire rope W is inspected by using signals outputted from the search coil.

Rope systems and methods for use as a round sling

A round sling system comprises a bearing structure, a cover, and at least one organizer secured to the cover. The bearing structure is arranged to define a plurality of loop portions and to define at least one bearing structure end portion. The cover defines a cover chamber. The at least one organizer is configured to engage the bearing structure such that the at least one organizer maintains a position of the bearing structure relative to the cover and the at least one organizer maintains a spatial relationship of the loop portions at least within the at least one bearing structure end portion.

Method for production of a closed-loop cable by splicing

The present invention provides a production method for a closed-loop cable. The method includes the steps of providing a cable including a core and metal strands helically wound around the core, connecting two ends of the cable in splice areas via splice knots formed by ends of each metal strand, inserting the metal strand ends inside the cable after locally removing the core and subsequently overmolding each splice area using a polymer.

Method of manufacturing an endless loop

A method for manufacturing a rope structure comprising providing, around a first roller and a second roller, a loop including a plurality of twisted strands. The method further comprising feeding a plurality of body strands onto the loop, feeding including, with the plurality of body strands connected to the loop, moving the loop about the first roller and the second roller to cause the body strands to lay and be twisted on the plurality of twisted strands.

Continuous braided closed loop implant

Devices and systems for use in soft tissue repair are provided, as are methods of manufacturing the same. In one exemplary embodiment, an implantable surgical construct includes an implant and a continuous braided closed filament loop that is attached to the implant. The continuous loop can be formed from a single strand of filament such that portions of the filament, sometimes referred to as tails, can be arranged with respect to each other to form a braided configuration. A related method of manufacture can involve passing portions of a single strand of filament around different sets of posts and selectively over and under each other to create the braided configuration. Other devices, systems, and methods of manufacturing are also provided, including some that involve using multiple strands of suture to form a continuous braided closed filament loop.

Clasp for tethering

A clasp or clamp secures a string or rope, such as made from stretch wrap, to an object such as in securing an object to a pallet for shipping. The clasp or clamping device readily secures one end of the string and allows for tightening of the string through pulling a second end of the string through a second portion of the clasp or clamping device. The second end of the string can be tied off or secured on the second portion of the clasp or claiming device.

Method for producing a wire cable
10260198 · 2019-04-16 · ·

A method for producing a wire cable with a core cable or core strand, the method including the steps of: prior to stranding an outer strand layer, applying an intermediate layer of a plastic material to the core cable or core strand; pressing the outer layer into the plastic material during stranding; and, hammering the wire cable, after the outer strand layer has been stranded, to increase the space factor of the wire cable, wherein the hammering step includes hammering with hammers that are moved from different sides toward the wire cable and essentially completely surround the wire cable with adapted curvatures at the instant of their simultaneous impact.
