Method for manufacturing gold thread with no drawing-induced inconsistency, and gold thread manufactured by same
11617574 · 2023-04-04 ·

A method for manufacturing a gold thread by spirally twisting together a plurality of gold rods. The method comprises passing a gold drawing material through a die aperture to form gold rods. Winding at least two of the gold rods on at least two gold rod receiving rollers. Receiving the gold rods from the receiving rollers and twisting the gold rods to form a gold thread. Winding the gold thread on a gold thread receiving roller and supplying the gold thread from the gold thread receiving roller to a cutter and cutting the gold thread into a certain length.

Antiviral articles

Provided is a textile made of filament yarn comprising a polymer composition that is durable and reusable having permanent or near-permanent antiviral properties and that includes a polymer, a metal ion, preferably a zinc and/or copper ion, and an optional phosphorus compound, wherein fibers and/or fabric formed from the polymer composition demonstrate antiviral properties and wherein the polymer is hygroscopic. The present disclosure also describes methods of forming the polymer compositions and methods of preparing fibers from the polymer composition.

ANTIVIRAL FABRIC

An antiviral fabric including a fabric and an antiviral coating layer which is provided in the fabric and which includes an antiviral fusion protein having an antiviral motif bound to an adhesive protein. The antiviral fabric has excellent processability that enables simple implementation of the antiviral coating layer even on the curved surface of a fiber, the porous surface of a fabric, or a recessed or protruding surface. In addition, the antiviral fabric can have activity persistence that enable maintenance of antiviral activity for a long time without losing the same according to a condition during preparation, storage, use and washing, while having adhesion persistence that enables the maintenance of an adhesive state for a long time after the antiviral coating layer is formed on the surface thereof, and thus can be widely applied to various articles for which fabric is used.

ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIVIRAL FABRIC

The present invention relates to a nontoxic antibacterial and antiviral fabric employed in the production of a variety of textiles used in a plurality of fields, particularly in the field of health.

POLYMERS HAVING STAIN RESISTANCE AND ANTIMICROBIAL/ANTIVIRAL PROPERTIES

The present invention provides antimicrobial and/or antiviral properties for polymers and synthetic fibers that have stain resistant properties. The synthetic fiber comprises a polymer, such as a copolymer comprising from 85 to 99.5 percent by weight of a polyamide based on the total weight of the fiber and an aromatic sulfonate or a salt thereof present in a range from 0.5 to 10 percent by weight based on the total weight of the fiber, one or more metal compounds or ions thereof dispersed within the copolymer, and a phosphorus compound.

BICOMPONENT FABRICS

An AM/AV fabric comprising base fibers comprising a base polymer composition and AM/AV fibers comprising an AM/AV polymer composition comprising an AM/AV polymer and an AM/AV compound. The base fibers and the AM/AV fibers are intermingled with one another; and the fabric demonstrates an Escherichia coli efficacy log reduction greater than 4.0, as measured in accordance with ASTM E3160 (2018) and a particle filtration efficiency greater than 35%.
