Double-sided fabric and method for knitting double-sided fabric
A double-sided fabric stacked with a continuous cord material and forming a thickness in a knitted sack is knitted from a face yarn by a flat knitting machine including a front needle bed, a back needle bed and a loop presser bed. The front needle bed includes a plurality of front knitting needles. The back needle bed includes a plurality of back knitting needles. The loop presser bed is disposed above the front or back needle bed, and includes right-directed and left-directed knitting pressing pieces. The double-sided fabric further includes at least one knitted sack including loops knitted from the face yarn by the front and back knitting needles. The knitted sack includes therein at least one continuous cord material, which is pressed into the knitted sack by the right-directed and left-directed knitting pressing pieces to become folded and stacked to form a thickness.
INJECTABLE DIETHYLSTILBESTROL NANOSUSPENSION FORMULATION
Embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to formulations for cancer treatment that include a particle loaded with diethylstilbestrol (DES) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutically acceptable carrier may also be loaded into the particle. The formulations may also include a stabilizer that is also loaded into the particle. The particles may be dispersed in an aqueous solution to form a nanosuspension that is adapted for subcutaneous administration and sustained release of DES. Additional embodiments pertain to methods of treating cancer in a subject by administering to the subject a formulation of the present disclosure. The subject may be a human suffering from prostate cancer. The administration of the formulations to the subject may bypass or minimize first pass metabolism. The administration may also minimize hepatic exposure of DES. Additional embodiments pertain to methods of making the formulations of the present disclosure by loading a particle with DES.
Seamless ridge reinforced glove
Methods for knitting a seamless knitted glove that includes at least one knitted ridge for cut-resistance and impact resistance are disclosed.
KNITTED FABRIC PANEL
A knitted fabric panel, composed of a knitted base fabric embroidered as a circular knitted fabric from at least one knitted base fabric thread, wherein at least one zone having a reduced thread volume is provided, the zone being knitted by further threads which by way of the two ends thereof are fixed in the knitted base fabric, at least part of the further threads being thinner than the knitted base fabric thread. The threads instead of the knitted base fabric thread are knitted in a plurality of separate loop forming courses that in the circumferential direction extend by less than 360.
Glove and manufacturing method of glove
Provided is a glove superior in breathability, sweat-absorbent and quick-drying properties, and wearing feel. The glove comprises a knitted fabric constituted from stitches arranged successively in a course direction and engaged with corresponding stitches in a wale direction. The knitted fabric comprises at least one irregular surface portion comprising tucked parts arranged in a scattered manner, and at least one rib portion in proximity to the irregular surface portion and provided along the course direction. The tucked parts are preferably arranged uniformly in both the course direction and the wale direction in the irregular surface portion. The rib portion comprises: a cylindrical rib main body part constituted from stitches arranged successively in the course direction and engaged with corresponding stitches arranged in the wale direction, with a region between base ends being contracted; and a filling part subsequent to the rib main body part in the course direction.
ENVIRONMENT-CONTROLLING FIBERS AND FABRICS USING THE SAME
The invention discloses environment-controlling fibers and fabrics using the same, which adopts polyolefin material, optoelectronic material, thermoelectric material, piezoelectric material and catalyst material, to make fibers and fabric by melting, mixing, drawing and weaving. The fabrics are used in all kinds of environmental control products or for organic agriculture. To use green energy such as solar light energy, solar thermal energy, wind energy, hydro energy, geothermal energy and other renewable energy to stimulate the function of the special material within the fibers, so that the fabrics can remove pollutants in the environment and produce self-purification function to achieve the purpose of improving the environmental conditions or promote plant growth.
POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED TENSILE PROPERTIES, FIBERS AND NONWOVEN STRUCTURES
A polypropylene composition is described having an MFI measured according to ISO 1133 for polypropylene of 1 to 3 g/10 min and a xylene soluble content in the range from 1 wt % to 4.5 wt % or 1.5 wt % to 4.5 wt %, which can be used to produce spun and drawn fibres having an average MFI measured according to ISO 1133 for polypropylene of 1 to 5 g/min, a xylene soluble content in the range from 1 wt % to 4.5 wt % or 1.5 wt % to 4.5 wt %, the spun and drawn fibres having an average elongation of at least 65% as measured by ISO 5079 with an adjusted testing speed of 80 mm/min, and/or an average tenacity/tensile strength of at least 56 c N/tex as measured by ISO 5079 with an adjusted testing speed of 80 mm/min.
Knitted fabric and method for knitting same
The present invention relates to a knitted fabric which can be produced at low cost and can exhibit a stable color effect, and a method of knitting such a fabric. A warp-knitted fabric (1) consists of a base (2) and ridge portions (6) formed along a knitting direction, each ridge portion (6) is composed of a top portion (3) and two side wall portions (4, 5) respectively formed at both sides of the top portion (3), and the top portion (3) and the side wall portions (4, 5) are respectively formed by chain-stitch rows formed by knitting yarns having different colors from one another. The warp-knitted fabric (1) exhibits a color effect such that the color thereof visually recognized by an observer who looks at the warp-knitted fabric (1) from a direction intersecting the knitting direction is changed in accordance with the position of the observer.
Bio-based degradable knitted fabric with antibacterial effect
A biodegradable antibacterial knitted fabric, a cross section of the knitted fabric includes a front side of cross section made of wool short fiber yarns, an intermediate connection layer of cross section capable of transferring moisture and a rear side of cross section made of antibacterial filaments; the intermediate connection layer of cross section is made of filament yarns having a special shape capable of being inserted into the front side of cross section and the rear side of cross section so that the front side of cross section is connected with the rear side of cross section. The biodegradable antibacterial knitted fabric proposed by the present application has a long time significant antibacterial effect by adopting a cross section structure with three layers and antibacterial material, and does not contain any antimicrobials and metal ions, and has the advantages of low cost, easy manufacturing and long lasting antibacterial effect.
