Non-chemical, mosquito bite-resistant garments

An insect-proof, form-fitting undergarment is provided having top and bottom parts formed of selected breathable materials and having omnidirectional stretch properties, and which top and bottom parts may be securely joined at the waist to prevent insect entry. A superfine knitted fabric is utilized to prevent insect bites.

Weft-Knitted Fabric

Provided is a weft-knitted fabric having excellent stretchability, and providing excellent comfort in a hot environment. The weft-knitted fabric contains non-elastic fibres and elastic fibres, and is characterised: by being formed of a mesh part where a stitch of a welt structure and a stitch of a knit structure are alternately repeated to complete one course, and the course having the same structural arrangement is employed once or continuously repeated twice, and a plain-knit part where a course of an all-knit structure is employed once or continuously repeated up to three times; and in that said mesh part and said plain-knit part are each alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction.

Package of absorbent articles utilizing a shaped nonwoven

A package of personal care articles. Each of the personal care articles has a nonwoven substrate as a component. The nonwoven substrate can have a first surface defining a plane of the first surface and a non-regular pattern of a plurality of three-dimensional features extending outwardly from the plane of the first surface. The non-regular pattern can include a first zone of first three-dimensional features and a second zone of second three-dimensional features, wherein in at least one of the first or second zones of the plurality of three-dimensional features has a first three-dimensional feature having a first intensive property and a second three-dimensional feature having a second, different intensive property. The personal care articles can be compressed in the package.

Manufacturing method for knitted fabric having heat generating function
11280032 · 2022-03-22 · ·

A knitted fabric having a heat generating function has a four-layer structure and can be knitted by a flat knitting machine. Knit stitching is used to knit first and second layers such that the second layer is fully covered under the first layer. Tuck stitching is used to knit the third layer such that one stitch is made to the third layer per a preset number of stitches made to each of first and second layers. Knit stitching is used to knit the fourth layer. After knitting, the fabric is soaked with water and spin-dried to form protrusions, spatially distributed as a centered rectangular lattice, on fabric surface. The second layer is electrically conductive for generating heat and is hidden inside the fabric. This layer is not easily hooked by a user during use and cleaning. The fabric is elastic and soft, and provides a comfortable feeling to the user.
