TEXTILE MATERIALS CONTAINING DYED POLYPHENYLENE SULFIDE FIBERS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A textile material comprises a plurality of yarns, the yarns containing an intimate blend of dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers. The dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprising a disperse dye that is distributed substantially evenly across the cross-sectional area of the fibers. A method for dyeing textile materials containing polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprises the steps of (a) providing a textile material comprising yarns which contain an intimate blend of polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers, (b) providing a dye liquor comprising a liquid medium and a disperse dye, (c) applying the dye liquor to the textile material, (d) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature sufficient to evaporate substantially all of the liquid medium from the textile material, and (e) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature of about 180? C. or more to fix the disperse dye to the polyphenylene sulfide fibers.
Breathable Fire Resistant Fabrics
Lightweight, flexible protective fabrics for protecting a person, animal or other object from hot burning materials, hot high heat capacity and/or hot corrosive materials, such as hot molten metal, hot oily liquids (e.g., heating oil), hot gels, hot solids, hot sparks, and hot acids. The lightweight protective fabrics can be used to protect a person, animal or other object from hot molten metals, such as liquid metal zinc heated to a temperature of about 950 F. (510 C.) or greater, hot molten aluminum heated to a temperature of about 1150 F. (620 C.) or greater, burning phosphorus at temperature of about 1550 F. (843 C.) or greater, hot solid iron having a temperature of about 500 F. (260 C.) or greater, hot heating oil having a temperature of about 500 F. (260 C.) or greater, and hot hydrochloric acid having a temperature of about 300 F. (150 C.) or greater.
ANTIMICROBIAL FIBERS
The invention provides an antimicrobial fiber which exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties even without the addition of antimicrobial agents and can remain antimicrobial even after repeated washing. The antimicrobial fiber comprises a fiber having on a surface thereof a polyacetal copolymer (X) containing oxyalkylene groups, the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups in the polyacetal copolymer (X) being 0.2 to 5 mol % relative to the total of the molar amount of oxymethylene groups and the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups.
Folded fabric crushing machine
A folded fabric crushing machine that makes it possible to produce curtain fabric, which is used in the production of multi-layered woven curtains used by connecting on fixed, movable or folding windows, doors and glass balconies, produced by multi-layered fabric weaving technique, without using adhesive material.
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LIGHT-COLORED FULL-SHADING CURTAIN CLOTH, AND LIGHT-COLORED FULL-SHADING CURTAIN CLOTH
The present application discloses a manufacturing method for a light-colored full-shading curtain cloth, and a light-colored full-shading curtain cloth, and relates to the technical field of curtain cloths. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a greige cloth; the manufacturing of a curtain cloth outer layer, a curtain cloth inner layer, and a shading layer; the cleaning of the cloth material; the drying and rolling of cloth material; the transfer and secondary drying of the cloth material; the bonding between a plurality of layers of the cloth material; rolling; and painting a coating layer on the outer side of the curtain cloth outer layer. In the manufacturing process of the light-colored full-shading curtain cloth, the drying mode of the curtain cloth is optimized; through the secondary drying treatment, the inner layer and outer layer of the curtain cloth are subjected to secondary drying.
Fiber with Multi-filament Structure and Textile Fabric, Curtain, and Screen Incorporating Such Fiber
The present invention provides a fiber with a multi-filament structure and a textile fabric, curtain, and screen incorporating such fiber. The multi-filament fiber includes multiple filaments and a blended material. Each filament is a columnar body arranged adjacently or in a spiral adjacent arrangement to form a yarn having an appropriate length. The blended material contains a nano-fluorine water-repellent material and a bonding material provided in gaps between the filaments. Multiple fibers are arranged at intervals horizontally or vertically and knitted in the weft or warp direction to form a meshed textile fabric. The fabric is further coated with an adhesive and a nano-fluorine water-repellent material for use in screens, thereby achieving water repellency and air pollution prevention. Meanwhile, the meshed textile fabric exhibits improved stiffness, elasticity, and transparency, making it suitable for retractable screen fabrics.
INSULATING SHEER FABRIC
Fabrics which allow for light transmission and provide thermal insulation are described. A fabric is formed from at least one yarn to form a continuous web of fabric. The continuous web is configured to allow some incident light to be transmitted through the fabric, and to reduce heat transfer through the fabric. The continuous web of fabric may be a woven fabric where the at least one yarn is woven to form the woven fabric.
