Multiple Woven Gauze Fabric
Provided is a multiple woven gauze fabric capable of controlling the degree of wrinkling according to use. A double woven gauze fabric is formed by stacking a front surface gauze structure A and a back surface gauze structure B. The front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are formed, and the front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are joined, as appropriate. The front surface gauze structure A is composed of a non-twist yarn, and the back surface gauze structure B is composed of a hollow yarn. That is, a gauze structure composed only of twisted yarn (solid yarn) is not included. The degree of wrinkling is controlled by considering the hollow rate of the hollow yarn.
HIGH PERFORMANCE, SKIN FRIENDLY, FABRIC FOR PATIENT TRANSFER AND CARE AND LIFTING DEVICES MADE THEREFROM
Provided are fabrics and lifting devices that are high performance and skin friendly, for patient care, including as bed linens upon which a patient may sleep and/or rest, as well as patient slings for lifting and/or repositioning a patient.
Ticking
Ticking having excellent flexibility is described. A woven fabric is obtained by using a multifilament having a monofilament fineness of not more than 0.5 dtex, the number of filaments of 100 or more and a total fineness of not more than 50 dtex and used as ticking. The woven fabric can be made of a polyester.
A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MULTI-PLY SEPARABLE FILAMENT YARNS & MULTI-PLY SEPARABLE TEXTURED YARN
A method of manufacturing multi-ply separable textured yarn, the method comprising, passing a multi-ply separable interlaced filament yarn through a texturizing unit to form a multi-ply separable draw textured yarn, wherein the multi-ply separable interlaced filament yarn is separable in to at least two separable interlaced filament yarn, wherein the interlacing of the filaments within each separable interlaced filament yarn is retained during further processing of the yarn to fabric and in the fabric.
FIBER COMBINATION
A cushioning material includes fibers that define a fiber network and a foam material suspended within the fiber network.
COOLING FABRIC
A three-layer circular knitted jacquard fabric includes a first layer having a yarn made from a first material. A second layer of the fabric includes a yarn made from a second material. A third layer of the fabric includes a yarn made from a third material. At least one of the materials includes ultra-high weight molecular polyethylene. The second layer is positioned between the first layer and the third layer such that the second layer provides loft between the first layer and the third layer.
Woven fabric-like jacquard fabric for mattress ticking and method for knitting the same
A jacquard fabric for a mattress ticking to be used for a bedding mattress and a method for knitting this jacquard fabric are provided. The method according to the present invention is a method for producing a jacquard fabric for a mattress ticking using a double-sided needle selection circular knitting machine of a rib gating type, the method by which a suitable pattern is created by means of computer-based needle selection on a cylinder side, a suitable pattern is also created by means of computer-based needle selection on a dial side, and a suitable knitting structure is made in a suitable part by combining the pattern obtained on the cylinder side with the pattern obtained on the dial side. As a result of employing an irregular twill pattern as a background knitting structure serving as a base, a stretchable fabric that has a soft texture, a tight knitting structure, and similar strength to woven fabric is obtained.
THERMAL INSULATION FILLING MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND THERMAL INSULATION PRODUCT
The present invention provides a thermal insulation filling material and preparation method thereof and a thermal insulation product, and pertains to the field of thermal insulation filling materials. The thermal insulation filling material of the present invention includes: a bulk fibre; and a spherical fibre assembly, where a water-repellent layer is formed on a surface of the bulk fibre and of the spherical fibre assembly, and a weight ratio of the bulk fibre to the spherical fibre assembly is between about 30:70 and about 70:30. The thermal insulation filling material is good in wash durability, and has comprehensive performance such as better blowable processability, quick-drying property, compression-resilience property, and thermal insulation property, etc. The method for preparing the thermal insulation filling material includes: adding a water-repellent agent in the process of gas-flow mixing the bulk fibre and the spherical fibre assembly, and then heating to form a water-repellent layer on the surface of the bulk fibre and of the spherical fibre assembly.
PROLIFERATED THREAD COUNT OF A WOVEN TEXTILE BY SIMULTANEOUS INSERTION WITHIN A SINGLE PICK INSERTION EVENT OF A LOOM APPARATUS MULTIPLE ADJACENT PARALLEL YARNS DRAWN FROM A MULTI-PICK YARN PACKAGE
A method includes drawing each of multiple partially oriented yarns from a corresponding supply package to form an oriented yarn, twisting and detwisting filaments within the oriented yarn to provide texture thereto, to provide a low stability interlacing during weaving, and to intermingle the filaments comprising the oriented yarn, and applying a uniform air pressure to the oriented yarn to provide a counter-twist. The method also includes forming a multi-pick yarn package based on winding all formed oriented yarns, which serve as weft yarns forming adjacent substantially parallel yarns wound together, onto a spool, simultaneously inserting the weft yarns in a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus, conveying the weft yarns across a warp shed of the loom apparatus through a set of warp yarns, and interlacing the set of warp yarns and the conveyed weft yarns to produce an incremental length of a woven textile fabric.
Cloth and textile product
An object of the invention is to provide a cloth having water absorbency, water repellency, and a tendency to float on water, and also a textile product using the cloth. A means of resolution is to obtain a cloth using a fiber A that is not water repellent and a fiber B that is water repellent in a weight ratio (fiber A:fiber B) within a range of 50:50 to 87:13.
