FLAME RETARDANT MATTRESS CORE CAP AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A fabric made by the method of providing a non-woven batt having flame retardant fibers, stitch bonding the non-woven batt with an elastic yarn, and heat setting the stitch bonded, non-woven batt. The stitch bonded non-woven batt is exposed to a temperature in a range of 160 C. to 200 C. for a period in a range of 30 seconds to 120 seconds. In an embodiment, the fabric is adapted for use as a mattress core cover.
Zoned sheets
A zoned bed sheet is provided that includes opposite first and second vertical sidewalls. The sheet includes opposite third and fourth vertical sidewalls that each extend between the first and second vertical sidewalls. A horizontal wall extends between the first and second vertical sidewalls and between the third and fourth vertical sidewalls. The horizontal wall includes a plurality of zones. The zones are spaced apart from one another by a first material. The zones each include a material that is different than the first material.
DECORATIVE MATERIAL AND VEHICLE INTERIOR MATERIAL
A high-quality decorative material in which a linear light guide body or a linear light emitting body is less likely to be damaged and less likely to cause a losing shape in a woven fabric portion. The decorative material is provided with a beading portion including a bag structure portion composed of a tubular fabric and one or a plurality of linear bodies arranged inside the bag structure portion. The linear body is composed of a linear light guide body or a linear light emitting body. A warp yarn constituting the bag structure portion is configured to include at least a thermally fusible yarn. The warp yarn is composed of a twisted yarn in which a thermally fusible yarn and a non-thermally fusible yarn are twisted together.
Woven fabric-like jacquard fabric for mattress ticking and method for knitting the same
A jacquard fabric for a mattress ticking to be used for a bedding mattress and a method for knitting this jacquard fabric are provided. The method is for producing a jacquard fabric for a mattress ticking using a double-sided needle selection circular knitting machine of a rib gating type by which an arbitrary pattern is created by means of computer-based needle selection on a cylinder side, an arbitrary pattern is also created by means of computer-based needle selection on a dial side, and an arbitrary knitting structure is made in an arbitrary part by combining the pattern obtained on the cylinder side with the pattern obtained on the dial side. As a result of employing an irregular twill pattern as a background knitting structure serving as a base, a stretchable fabric that has a soft texture, a tight knitting structure, and strength similar to that of woven fabric is obtained.
TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT BEDDING SYSTEMS
Temperature management bedding systems for mattresses and quilt panels generally include a trilayer of active components including a phase change material applied to a top surface of a flexible substrate thereof, a fire retardant layer underlying the flexible substrate including hydrophilic rayon fibers treated with ammonium polyphosphate; and a vertically oriented fiber batting layer underlying the first retardant layer including an elastomeric binder. The temperature management bedding systems provide heat control and mass transfer of moisture from the bedding surface.
METALIZED FABRIC HEATING BLANKET
There is disclosed a warming blanket having a metalized fabric exterior layer and an interior heating element made of a carbon fiber mat or carbon veil. The warming blanket includes electrodes that are formed of a conductive ink which extends through the width of the carbon veil.
Multiple woven gauze fabric
Provided is a multiple woven gauze fabric capable of controlling the degree of wrinkling according to use. A double woven gauze fabric is formed by stacking a front surface gauze structure A and a back surface gauze structure B. The front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are formed, and the front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are joined, as appropriate. The front surface gauze structure A is composed of a non-twist yarn, and the back surface gauze structure B is composed of a hollow yarn. That is, a gauze structure composed only of twisted yarn (solid yarn) is not included. The degree of wrinkling is controlled by considering the hollow rate of the hollow yarn.
Fire retardant mattress core cap and method of making same
A fabric made by the method of providing a non-woven batt having flame retardant fibers, stitch bonding the non-woven batt with an elastic yarn, and heat setting the stitch bonded, non-woven batt. The stich bonded non-woven batt is exposed to a temperature in a range of 65 C. to 200 C. for a period in a range of 30 seconds to 120 seconds. In an embodiment, the fabric is adapted for use as a mattress core cover
FIBERS, WOVEN FABRICS INCLUDING THE FIBERS, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Fibers, yarns, woven fabric including the yarns and fibers, and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed. Fibers can include base material staple fibers and dissolvable or water-soluble fibers that are mixed together to define an ultra-homogenous yarn comprising base material and dissolvable material, which is provided in at least the warp direction to form a woven fabric having a 7-end, 8-end or 10-end sateen weave. A processing step provides for the removal of the dissolvable fibers to produce a yarn defining a plurality of pores that are uniformly distributed throughout the structure of the yarn. The woven fabric has a thread count between 450-1200. The woven fabric is thermally-insulative, breathable and moisture-wicking.
Blanket
A blanket formed from multiple layers including a fabric layer on the top and a base layer on the bottom where the base layer may include a waterproof coating on at least one side. The blanket may also include an insulation layer and an adhesive scrim layer positioned between the fabric layer and the base layer. The layers of the blanket may be attached using a combination of stitching along with an adhesive to form a blanket that is waterproof and is secured together such that the fabric layer does not move relative to the base layer.
