Dredging slurry system with pulp tank and controlling method of the same
10808357 · 2020-10-20 · ·

A dredging slurry system with a pulp tank is introduced, which is applied for a wet paper pulp molding apparatus. The system comprises the pulp tank, a dredging slurry mold seat, an activating unit, a slurry-physical-feature detection unit and at least one inflow unit and a control unit. The slurry-physical-feature detection unit is used to detect at least one physical feature from a slurry within the pulp tank, during a plurality of different stages, thereby relatively outputting a physical feature data. The control unit is used to control the at least one inflow unit to a manner whether to pour a newly-added slurry into the pulp tank or not, depending upon the physical feature data.

Method for screening and a screening apparatus

The present invention is directed to methods and apparatus for screening a pulp suspension where the pulp suspension is directed to a screening space, where a part of the fibres in the pulp is screened using a drum-type rotor. The residual pulp suspension is then directed to a dilution space where it is mixed with recirculated pulp flow and the pulp suspension in the dilution space will be screened. Resulting preliminary reject flow is directed to a mixing space where it mixes with a dilution flow. The recirculated pulp flow is then directed back to the dilution space.

The invention relates to a blade for screens for the treatment of a fibrous suspension, said blade being mountable on a rotor of the screen. According to the invention, the blade has a curved leading edge or curved envelope of the leading edge, the curvature extending in the direction of the trailing edge, and a curved trailing edge or curved envelope of the trailing edge, said curvature extending in the same direction as the other one. The invention also relates to a screen comprising a rotor on which the disclosed blades are mounted.

ROTOR ELEMENT AND A ROTOR FOR A SCREENING APPARATUS
20200179839 · 2020-06-11 · ·

The present invention relates to a turbulence element for use with a rotor and a rotor featuring turbulence elements. The rotor is used in a screening apparatus of the pulp and paper industry. The turbulence element has a longitudinal centerline (CL); two longitudinal edges, a leading edge and a trailing edge; two opposite ends, a first end and a second end; and two surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface arranged between the leading edge and the trailing edge. The top surface is divided into a leading surface having its origin at the leading edge, and a trailing surface having its origin at the trailing edge. The leading edge and the leading surface are provided with undulations (U).

SCREEN MACHINE FOR SCREENING FOR PAPER MATERIAL, CASING BODY FOR SCREEN MACHINE, AND SCREEN BASKET
20200141058 · 2020-05-07 ·

A screen machine for resolving a raw material concentration phenomenon occurring in the screen machine, a casing body for the screen machine, and a screen basket. A diluent supplied through an external pipe enters a casing diluent pocket of a casing body. The diluent then enters a diluent supply path by passing through a diluent entrance of the screen basket through one or more casing diluent supply paths located in a casing upper flange and flows into a diluent pocket through a diluent exit of the screen basket by passing through the diluent supply path. The flowing diluent is sprayed onto a concentrated raw material through one or more open diluent spray holes formed on a spray surface of the diluent pocket. Since the concentrated raw material is diluted, the concentrated raw material can be lowered to a desired concentration, and problems of conventional screen machines can be resolved.
