CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND FIBROUS MATERIAL RECYCLING DEVICE
Provided is technology for effectively removing fiber from a mesh belt. A second web former for conveying a second web containing fiber deposited on a mesh belt 72 having multiple holes 72a has a brush roller 710 with numerous bristles 712 protruding from the surface and disposed in contact with the mesh belt 72. The sectional area of the bristles 712 of the brush roller 710 is smaller than the open area of the holes 72a in the mesh belt 72 so that the distal ends of the bristles 712 can enter the holes 72a.
Method of spraying chemical solution
[TASK] Provided is a method of spraying a chemical solution, the method being capable of efficiently applying a chemical solution to a traveling canvas and sufficiently preventing the adhesion of paper powder and pitch to the canvas. [MEANS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM] The present invention provides a method of spraying a chemical solution Y, the method comprising spraying the chemical solution Y continuously on a canvas K used in a dry part D of a paper machine by a spraying apparatus 10 while making the canvas K travel, wherein the canvas K is guided to an inside roll IR and an outside roll OR, and wherein the spraying apparatus 10 is disposed upstream from the outside roll OR and between the inside roll IR and the outside roll OR, and the chemical solution Y is sprayed toward the outside roll OR along a travel direction Y2 of the canvas K.

DEPOSIT DETECTION IN A PAPER MAKING SYSTEM VIA VIBRATION ANALYSIS
Vibration sensors can be used in paper making systems and methods to determine various aspects of the paper making operation. Vibration sensors, for example, positioned on cleaning blades configured to clean various deposits off of rollers in a paper making system can output vibration data that can be indicative of the vibration of the blade. The vibration data can be analyzed in order to characterize the cause of the vibration and/or the location of the vibration within a paper making system. If the vibration data satisfies a predetermined condition, a corrective action can be initiated. Different corrective actions can be initiated based on the characterized cause and/or location of the vibration in order to effectively improve the operation of the system while minimizing costly system shut downs and major maintenance.
MACHINE FOR DEWATERING AND DRYING A FIBROUS WEB
A machine for dewatering and drying a paper, cardboard or other fibrous web, to which machine a fibrous stock suspension is fed which is formed at least partially from waste paper. The machine includes at least two press nips which are formed in each case by two press rolls, wherein a fibrous web runs through first press nip with a water absorbing dewatering belt on both sides. The fibrous web then runs through a second press nip with at least one other dewatering belt and a smooth impermeable transfer belt on both sides. A transfer belt transfers the fibrous web after second press nip to a belt in a downstream machine unit, e.g. dryer group. The dryer group allows the fibrous web to be guided in a serpentine manner alternatively over heated dryer cylinders and vacuum equipped guide rolls.

Process for cleaning a transport belt for manufacturing a paper web
The disclosure relates to a continuous cleaning method for cleaning a moving fabric in a paper machine. The method uses one or more cleaning stages. In one embodiment, one cleaning stage applies steam to heat and soften contaminants on the fabric followed by the application of water, preferably superheated water, to remove the contaminants. Another cleaning stage may apply hot water, steam and/or superheated water via an encapsulated shower and evacuation chamber making it possible to clean the width of the fabric without substantial rewet.
